I played at various casinos for a long time, and at all of them, I went through the verification process as usual. But what Baloo does is a joke to the players. I've lost track of how long I've been waiting, but my account has been in verification since the beginning of March, and it's now mid-May, and it's still in verification. Their support and VIP area are just as useless, if not more so.

And it's not just that they're bad; it seems like they're mocking you. They ask for documents and videos, and then once you successfully complete the process, they ask for even more documents. I understand that, but when you only respond once, it's infuriating. Why on earth don't they just ask for all the documents at once?

They ask for my notarized document, which I had to get done and which cost me money, and then two or three weeks later, they ask for the notary's website and phone number. Why on earth didn't they ask me to submit it all at once? And so I saved up for 2-3 weeks of my life just to WITHDRAW my money. I hate those damn scammers. What pisses me off and hurts the most is that I invited my friend to register because the welcome bonus seemed good, so much so that we both have almost €1000 in our accounts that we can't withdraw. He's always complaining to me about it because he needs that money. I'm even ashamed to say anything to him anymore.

Today I found out they closed my account. They told me to contact VIP support. I made my first withdrawal and they closed my account with €1000. My only mistake was using the welcome bonus. I'm not surprised it happened after I posted this review. They haven't given me a reason why.

I spent almost three damn months completing their verification process. I sent my ID, my photo, a selfie, recorded videos, sent my passport, even had it notarized at a very expensive service. I sent the notary's information—everything was in perfect order—and now they close my account!

Baloo, I want my funds back! That's all I ask because, in my opinion, your casino is not legitimate. I NEED MY FUNDS

Worst casino ever

I am going to write another review because I am literally flabberguested. This company literally refuse to close your account, after my last review I have sended them another 5 emails, it’s actually insane what this company is doing.
