Scam - Uber CHEAP! Plastic clothes
Scam! Cheap! I should have known better. The dress I ordered was like thin plastic. Horrible! I just flushed money down the toilet. It says it’s COTTON, that’s a LIE. I used to work with all kinds of fabrics and this is either cheap nylon or cheap plastic. It’s unwearable.

Extremely disappointing customer experience
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Bally's customer service, which I feel compelled to bring to your attention. I placed an order for a 90cm-sized belt, but unfortunately, the company sent me an incorrect size (100cm/L size). In an attempt to rectify the situation, I contacted customer service and requested the correct item.
To my dismay, their response was far from satisfactory. They simply informed me that they were unable to facilitate an exchange and instead provided instructions on returning the incorrect product. This response was utterly unacceptable, especially considering that the mistake originated from the company. They should have promptly sent me the correct item or offered an alternative of equal value, but instead, they did nothing but waste my time.
Despite my repeated requests to involve a manager in our email correspondence, the customer service agent chose to ignore this, further exacerbating my frustration. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience, and as a result, I have decided never to make another purchase from Bally. Additionally, I intend to share my negative experience with my friends and family to discourage them from patronizing this company.
Good online experience except the courier service
Originally I was very hesitating placing online order here due to its poor rating. Eventually I have ordered a wallet but turned out everything was very smooth. Fast delivery, well packaging, fantastic product.
Only complaint is the courier service, Federal Express, they wouldn’t notify you around the expected time frame during the deliver date. I have missed their first delivery just because going out for 30 mins. At the end I have to wait at home the whole day for the 2nd delivery. I didn't expect paying £15 delivery charge requiring a whole day waiting. No matter DHL, DPD or even Evri & Royal Mail are much better than it.

I had the worst experience with them ever.
I have ordered a pair of shoes in October and now it's been 2 months and 3 weeks since that order and I haven't received it yet.
I tried to contact the costumer support more that 30 times and tried every number I managed to find but no answer. I will never order from them again no matter what.
This is an absolute scam and the worst company I have ever dealt with.

My experience with Bally in Switzerland has been disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer since 1964, I encountered poor customer care, service, and a plethora of excuses. The online service, especially regarding a pre-Christmas order, has been subpar with conflicting statements from Bally and their affiliated partners. Unfortunately, their customer service has been non-existent, lacking apologies and displaying a culture of shifting blame onto others.
Eine große Enttäuschung
Bei meinen fast neuen Bally-Turnschuhen reißt plötzlich ein Schnürsenkel. Ewiges hin und her mit dem Kundendienst (per Mail und mit Fotos).
Fazit:
Kein guter Kundenservice, es gab keine Ersatz-Schnürsenkel.
Das war es für mich mit Bally, einfach nur eine enttäuschende Qualität und dafür völlig überteuert.
Fantastic winter gloves
I bought a pair of Italian made Bally brown leather and nylon winter gloves from a reseller. The quality and craftsmanship is first class and the style impeccable. I am very impressed indeed. Can imagine I will still be traversing winters in them in a decade’s time. Timeless.
Kein Respekt vor den Kunden
Obwohl die Marke sehr teuer ist, zeigt die Firma Bally keinen Respekt vor den Kunden. Sie reden sehr arrogant und sehr unhöflich mit dem Kunde. Ich habe früher die Kleidungen und Schuhe von Bally von anderen online Verkäufern gekauft. Erste Erfahrung mit dem Online-Shop von Bally war richtig sehr ärgerlich. Es steht keine Telefonnummer für Kundenkontakt zur Verfügung. Sie werden frühestens nächsten Tag die Emails antworten und zeigen keinen Respekt vor dem Kunde. Ich überlege meine Kleidungen und die Schuhe von dieser Marke jemanden zu verschenken! Nie wieder Bally!
Customer support is awful, shop elsewhere.
Customer support is awful. Initiated contact in December of 2022 via a phone number that is now defunct and was directed to send an email. Email sent. Correspondence was EXTREMELY slow with a communication in December then in March with a request for proof of purchase. Proof sent and have been ghosted ever since.
The don't have a customer service…
The don't have a customer service contact number. Everything is via online form the customer service is very poor. The sent my order to a complete different address never recieved email confirmation. I have requested a refund all u get is emails saying would it be possible for u to go and knock on the customer who signed for your parcel even though the don't live in the same development. Bally customer service do Everything but listen and do everything but provide great customer service. No purchase is worth the stress of bad customer service. The not the brand the once we're many years ago. The replies u get from customer service are the same standard emails but nothing actually gets addressed its very disheartening a lesson learned never will I purchase anything from bally
500 Euro und Made in China :-(
Es ist sehr traurig, was aus der Marke Bally geworden ist. Schuhe für über 500 €… Und dann …. Made in China…. Alleine der Geruch der Schuhe nach billigen Plastik! Ich war jahrelanger Kunde von Bally, aber das war es jetzt! Sehr schade!
Not the great brand they once were
Bally was once synonymous with quality, and I didn’t mind paying for quality and good service. Unfortunately times have changed along with sizing and quality of their shoes. Customer Services are polite but really ineffectual! I decided to return them, organised the day I receive them, and I was told DPD would collect from my home. A couple of days passed, and no one from either Bally or the couriers contacted me. I had to keep asking when they would be collected, and each time I got the same standard speech from customer services. I eventually was sent some labels but yet again no idea when the collection would be. Once again I had to spend time chasing for information that Customer Services should have provided in the first place. Finally I’m told my £535 does will be picked up tomorrow. So I’m sending them back in a properly sealed labelled box - just unfortunate they arrived in a sloppy state, barely sealed!
I have yet to get a refund naturally, but given my recent experience, I doubt it will be a smooth refund. Buyers be aware! It’s really hard work trying to return shoes!!

Terrible experience, Rude Staff, Used Shoes
I bought a pair of shoes online from Bally (USA) two weeks before Christmas as a gift to my husband. The shoes coast was $1200.00 dollars. When the shoes arrived at my house both pairs were scratched as used (maybe for display). I called customer service right the way, somebody named Khalica (very rude by the way) answered and asked me to send her by email the picture of the shoes. After sending I received an email from her saying that they would send me another email as soon they had a RESOLUTION (just a reminder, they sent me a used shoe, wasn't my fault) but they still need a resolution. Now 3 days before Christmas I CALLED to check if there were any resolution, they said that they do not have my shoes in stock and want to offer something else, I told her that I did not want to hear. I told her that I just wanted my money back and return these used shoes. She said to use the return label that was in the shoe box and hung up on my face. Later in the day I received a rude email saying that they will refund me after receiving the shoes back. My advice to you is STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. If this brand sent me a used shoes they easily would send to you too and on top of that you will have to deal with their rude customer service.
Slecht service
Schoenen besteld, zijn te groot. Mails gestuurd aan de klantenservice, geen antwoord. Het pakket teruggestuurd en gebeld met de klantenservice. Maakt een groot probleem dat de schoenen te groot blijken. Ze gaan onderzoeken of ik mijn geld terug krijg. NOOIT MEER BALLY.
Prompt and efficient service.
I bought my first pair of online Bally shoes a few weeks ago that turned out to be bit on the big side.
There were no smaller sizes available in that style, so I had to return them.
The communication with Fiona at customer services was remarkably prompt and thorough.
My return of the shoes was effortless and I received the refund back on my credit card equally effortlessly and promptly, which is more than can be said for many other companies.
What made the whole process even more impressive was that it was on a return, rather than an actual sale; I look forward to my next purchase from them.
Not a Luxury Experience
**Update: After 14 days, correct item was delivered, BUT it was missing the card, order folder and the Gift Wrapping!!! Designer packaging/presentation is as much a part of the experience as the goods themselves. Bally must be the only exception; this is an absolute first and last for me!****
My purchase was a birthday gift for my son. Luckily, I peeked in the gift wrap and was shocked to see a completely different item than what I had ordered. I contacted Bally and was initially informed that I needed to return the incorrect item and repurchase the item I had actually ordered. After 2 emails, I was given “authorization” to return the wrong item and upon receipt the correct order would be shipped. 11 days and 2 email inquiries later, I received an email stating ‘that they hope to have an update by the end of the week’. My son’s birthday is next week!! I regularly purchase luxury items (LV, Ferragamo, Burberry etc) and would have never believed such an awful experience would occur. For goodness sake, Walmart provides better customer service than Bally!!!
