Really like these shoes. The fit is great and these shoes hardly need any break in time.

I ordered my first IDS practice shoes from here and they’re great! I’m slowly building up my ankle strength to wear heels.

I have a very narrow foot and these custom size shoes are the best option. They took a little bit longer to receive but they are well with the wait. My feet are extremely happy!!

Initially I bought a pair of shoes from the sale category. I wanted to save a little money, and thought they might be pre-owned but didn't fit correctly and were returned. When I received the shoes, the clip was defective and I couldn't use the strap. I contacted ballroom shoes to make arrangements to return the otherwise beautiful pair of shoes to order a brand new pair. Spoke with Olivia, who was extremely helpful. She arranged the return of the original pair, ordered the new pair, and was always responsive, efficient and overall, wonderful. The new pair arrived, and they are perfect! Couldn't be happier with the shoes, the service or the company. I will be ordering from Ballroom Shoes again.

Shoes were great as usual, but I did order them one half size too big. I take an 11”, but should have ordered a 10.5”. My fault. But otherwise a great “slip on shoe” for men.

When I placed my order, I didn't notice that my shoes would arrive in 4-8 weeks. An employee named Olivia wrote to me about this and asked when I needed the shoes, and I needed them in two weeks for a competition. Thank you so much for such customer service. We resolved the issue and now I have the shoes!

Hello, my order number is 224419. I ordered a size 7.5 US Woman's and received a European size 41 ( which is a women's 10 ). I have no way of sending the shoes back, I tried searching for a return policy or a return label but cannot find one. I was pleased to find the brand of practice shoe that I have used before and received them in 3 weeks. It was easy to order and I received updates about shipping. My only concern is the additional cost over what I would pay if ordered directly from the company, but it might end up the same with shipping. Ordering from England is a longer process and unpredictable. I love the shoes that arrived as expected.

Had to return the shoes that were too small..cost me $36 for shipping both ways and then a 15% restockig fee for another 26 dollars sp $62 for nothing . Terrible customer service. Found another online IDS retailer only $7 for shipping and no restocking fee. A true rip off

The shoes are lightweight and comfy. They tend to run a half size too small

With narrow feet and a lather size… they handled my size perfectly. It did take 2 months to receive them. They are beautiful and fit so well.
