We had our private transfer Dubrovnik to Dobrota cancelled last minute. The concern and attention we received from Balkan Chauffeur was outstanding. We were booked and confirmed quickly and efficiently. And then the drive. Both vehicles were immaculate, and drivers were safe, friendly and helpful.

It was our first time in Macedonia and we needed a ride for ourselves and our luggage from Ohrid to Tetovo. Balkan Chauffeur was incredibly responsive, driver was early, car was very clean and comfortable. They were even amenable to taking us to a restaurant in the mountains above Tetovo. Special shoutout to our driver, Marijan, who was a good driver and charming companion on our trip. We will absolutely hire Balkan Chauffeur again. Thanks for everything!

Traveled from Tirana to Himare, and then back to Tirana with the same driver both times. Driver was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful, and communication with the company was very good leading up to our trips. Highly recommend this service to anyone traveling in the Balkans, especially tourists who may be nervous to wait till in the country to book rides.

We booked Balkan Chauffeur to take the four of us from Kotor to Dubrovnik, and the experience fully lived up to the company’s excellent online reputation.
Milan arrived right on time in a spotless Mercedes van and immediately made us feel comfortable. He spoke excellent English, was professional and friendly throughout, and encouraged us to stop anywhere along the beautiful coastal route if we wanted a break, photos, or simply to take in the scenery.
The journey itself involved crossing the Montenegro–Croatia border, which was a little different from what we’re used to between Canada and the U.S., but Milan handled everything smoothly and confidently.
What really stood out was how enjoyable he made the drive. He was a great conversationalist and shared interesting insights on everything from sports and politics to regional history, which made the trip both informative and entertaining.

The driver was punctual, very experienced, and drove skillfully and calmly. He even spoke more than a few words of German, and I learned a lot about Bosnia and Herzegovina and its people along the way.
