Smooth experience with Balidoc
Smooth journey through the Balidoc system. Easy to make an appointment, great video conversation with Dr Bintang who listened and to what my problem was and was enthusiastic for the approach we discussed. Prescription arrived in a good timeframe. Only issue was I had problems with the payment system but rapidly resolved by chatting (WhatsApp) with BaliDoc. Would recommend the service for its convenience, thorough assessment and attentiveness.

Efficient. No nonsense. Got my ear drop Rx in 10 minutes. $us 40 or about 700k rp. I thought the price is a high for Indonesia given that a 60m massage is 160k rp. Not bad for American pricing and the service is great so I'm happy

Huge upcharge on the medication
These doctors way, way, way overcharge for prescription medications. They wanted USD 300 for a 1 mg pen of Ozempic. My current doctor was unavailable, and I am leaving for a trip. The price for Ozempic on Bali Island is around 2.5 to 3 mill ($150-$190) per pen. I mentioned the correct price to the doctor, and she told me the price has increased since last week. I left the consultation without the meds and sourced it elsewhere for the normal price. I would be very careful using this service. The prices seem inflated.

Because of that, there wasn’t enough time to go over all the available options — including the possibility to receive just a prescription, so you could source the medication yourself if you preferred.
Just to clarify, the USD 300 you mentioned isn’t just for the Ozempic pen. It includes the full service: medical consultation, prescription, sourcing of authentic medication, delivery to your location, and continued medical support — all designed to provide peace of mind and convenience for those managing their health while abroad.

Though it was too good to be true, or wasn’t legit, but so glad I used Bali doc!
I had impetigo on my face whilst in Bali and I had been to the chemist and medical centres numerous times and they couldn’t give me an antibiotic cream.
I had a free consultation with Bali doc whilst at dinner, by the time I got back to my hotel my prescription had arrived by go jek, or I also had the option to get my prescription by email and get myself.
Cost me around $120 aud in total. The prescription by email service was cheaper.
The doctor spoke perfect English and was very helpful.
I paid through PayPal and had easy communication by email.
My face feels better already.
Would 100% use again and highly recommend!

I was able to book an appointment online very quickly and easily. They asked for my medical history and personal information. After our conversation, the very friendly doctor arranged an appointment with a specialist at the hospital for further examination. I received confirmation of the appointment the next day. Everything was very professionally organized.
