Balgores Leasing Anmeldelser

Really happy with the process of getting a lease car, was able to sort things out quickly, any queries I had were responded to promptly, all in all it was hassle free, would recommend.

Helpful staff, great customer service, and super product. Couldn’t be more helpful, through what was a very simple process.

Fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Very professional service. Kept updated throughout process and always easy to contact. From start of order to receiving vehicle was excellent.

Excellent Service as always!

Baglores ask you to write a review once you have a contract in place, not when you have received your car. It's easy to give good service when you have sold something without delivering it. I signed a contract with a delivery date of 1st September, while verbally being told it may be the end of September. I have had to chase the team 3 times asking for a delivery date, to which I have still had no clear answer. The latest reply says the car will be in stock with the dealership on 23rd October and has given no clarity to actual delivery date. So far it is looking like 8 weeks minimum from the date on my contract with no proactive communication with me or an updated expected delivery date. Terrible experience.

Quick and amazing service. Very responsive and polite.

Charlie and Treena were excellent.
Very professional in all aspects and always helpful, it was a pleasure to deal with them

Great communication throughout. Everyone was so helpful and answered all queries quickly and efficiently.
Delivery was swift and easy. Absolutely no complaints.

Gave me a great option for an alternative deal, after changing my mind on the original order.

The experience was very smooth with easy to understand, everyone was very helpful and always returned my calls when i contacted them,I can recommend their service to anyone as they treated me with respect and made me feel important

Kayleigh was so helpful great company to deal Will.

Always so helpful, and ensured i found the right car that suited my budget, and requirements.
Andrew and Katie, kept me posted throughout the whole application up to the date of delivery.

Quick responses to all emails and phonecalls. Very simple process. Would recommend.

Great dealing with the guys at Balgores again. As always very knowledgeable and helpful.

From start to finish Balgores sorted the whole process, we were returning and receiving a new car. Special thanks to Mark and Katie for their help and support. There was 1 issue with the car being returned, unfortunately the company collecting failed to attend on the agreed date. Was delayed by 4 days which was abit of a pain. However Balgores really tried to assist with the communication etc to keep the whole process smooth. Also took the gap insurance which I thought was more than reasonable. Great company to deal with. Will definitely use again 👍

Amazing service

Charlie and Treena guided us from start to finish. In fact the whole team was extremely helpful. We are very happy thank you

Dealt with Callum and Treena and they were first class. Received my car couple weeks ago and both were absolutely brilliant throughout. Would highly recommend the company and both individuals

I want to express my appreciation to Andrew and Katie for their excellent assistance in securing my lease agreement. The extensive selection of trims and plan options provided great flexibility to meet my needs. I am impressed by the exceptional efficiency of the process - completing everything from start to finish in just two weeks is remarkable. The vehicle delivered was in outstanding condition, exactly as expected. Based on this positive experience, I would recommend Balgores to friends and neighbours seeking vehicle leasing services.
