Balgores Leasing Anmeldelser

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Lots of options and will match or better anyone. Been with Balgores over 20 years now and always a smooth transition from old to new vehicles.

Fantastic service by all involved with my purchase from start to finish

This has been my 4th consecutive lease with Balgores. Quick to respond or re-direct where necessary and always friendly, no pressure or hard sell.
I'm loving my latest lease! Thank you Mark, speak again in 3yrs time!

A really professional company, every step from start to finish absolutely seamless.

Brilliant Service

Made the process of leasing the car quite straightforward.

Respond your email fairly quickly and smoothly

Fantastic service, all the staff were very informative and approachable, the whole process was painless and I had my new car within the month!

First time leasing but based on this experience, likely won't be my last!

Quick response, great deal and kept informed throughout including after we took delivery
Charlie & Treena 5 stars.
Excellent service

Treena is an absolute gem!

I moved house between picking my car and having it delivered, which I’d mentioned from the initial sales call and they said shouldn’t be a problem if I do move, just provide new proof of address… however I moved the weekend before car delivery and called to let them know.. the finance company cancelled everything!

Treena to the rescue, she was polite, honest and so clear with communication, ultimately I owe it to her that I have a car today and I’m not stranded! Her commitment to getting things sorted was fabulous and she listened to me, which can be rare in the customer service industry. I felt like she understood my situation and genuinely empathised with me which will be the reason I recommend Balgores to others.

Give the girl a raise!

From start to finish was smooth and professionally handled always keeping me in touch with the arrival of my car

Once again, excellent service from Mark, Trena and Kayleigh. From start to finish, constant updates, no messing around and everything just gets done. Nothing but praise from us, this being the third time we have used them. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic service from initial contact right through to delivery.
Special mention to Charlie who I had numerous calls with to discuss sourcing is the right vehicle.
5 star service, we are very happy with our new VW ID5

I absolutely love the car, and everything from choosing the vehicle right through to the pricing was excellent. Andrew made the whole process simple, clear, and completely stress-free. His communication and professionalism were first-class, and he genuinely went above and beyond throughout.

There were some delivery issues along the way (none of which were the fault of Balgores), but Andrew handled every part of it superbly. He kept me updated at all times and even made calls outside of working hours to make sure everything stayed on track and that the car arrived as soon as possible.

He could not have done any more to help.
If you need a car, go to Andrew - you won’t regret it.

Easy and quick service to use, best price and great customer service, always go back

Clear communication, very helpful and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it!

Had a good experience with using Balgores always there at the end of the phone if I had an questions.
The car arrived on the day all ok if I had any feedback would be to engage the client just before car drop off, as a reminder.

A professional company who are engaged and very much on the ball. Nothing was too much trouble and the process from selecting the vehicle to actually having it delivered was seamless. A special thank you to Steve, Francesca and Kayleigh for all of their help and assistance. I would certainly recommend Balgores Leasing to others looking for a lease vehicle. A happy customer. Thank you.
