All these five star reviews must be made up. A google search will reveal countless court cases against balboa. I have paid more than twice the amount of my initial financing. They use shady practices. Including bait and switch. We discussed and I intended upon a an EFA and when it came time to sign it was a lease. I had already signed an EFA for another machine and wanted the same terms on a similarly priced machine a year later. Now I’m 3 years in paying 16 quarterly payments when it was supposed to be 8 and they still say I need to buy it out at fair market value.

This company use illegal practices in order to auto renew lease agreement and refuse to provide address to return equipment, we are going to open a case thru Florida Financial Regulations in order to have everything documented and file a class action lawsuit.
