Prince2 courses - not great
I purchased the Prince2 foundation & practitioner course with exams and found the content very dry. So far I have only taken the foundation exam & passed, but I don't attribute this to the study material provided by BG. The videos & transcripts contain many errors and the delivery is extremely dry - you can tell the instructor is clearly just reading a script. The question bank on the mock exams seems to be very limited and not relevant to the actual exam at all. None of the Qs came up in the actual exam - not even variations - the phrasing was different, everything. Thankfully I studied using the textbook and LinkedIn Learning (not a plug, I get access through my employer and the content is far superior to Balance Global's). If it hadn't been for that additional study there's no way I would have passed the exam. BG, please update your course material and mock exam Qs so they are more representative of the actual exam. I still have my practitioner course to do and I'm worried the content isn't enough.

Thank you for your feedback. Because this is an accredited course leading to an official exam we have to stick closely to the syllabus provided by the Exam Institute to really help people pass the exams, and it sounds like the course has done its job for you so far regarding the foundation exam. I am sure that you can appreciate that there is a huge volume of texts within these courses and even though everything is proof-read, unfortunately a few errors do slip through (this even happens in official publications / text books), whenever a delegate points out a specific exam of a typo to us we do get them fixed. The script has to be followed by the course instructor because if it were not then it would be out of sync with the notes provided within the system and we would get complaints about that.
Regarding the practice papers not containing 'live questions', quite rightly we are simply not permitted to put live questions into the public domain by the exam institute (any ATO doing so would lose their accredited status). The practice papers we provide are those officially approved by the exm institute and while we appreciate that students would like more examples we would like to point you to the following article: https://balance-global.com/blog/caution-with-exam-practice-questions/. The content of our courseware has been officially approved by the Exam Instute as covering the entire syllabus, but if there are any specific areas that you feel could be improved please do let us know as we will look at them again.

Just get the book...
I agree with the review of Private Customer, the self paced learning course added little value. I also saw unanswered questions on their forums which made me wonder if it was worth asking anything. Lots of errors in their presentations which also looked very outdated. They also appear to hide low ratings or accuse them of being competitors.

Excellent course and learning provider
I started my online course (APMG Change Management Foundation and Practitioner) with Balance Global last week and couldn't be happier. The course is really well structured and informative. I've had a few queries about my course which, on every occasion, have been responded to quickly and fully. So far this is proving to be one of the best distance learning courses and providers I've engaged with.
The cost was considerably cheaper than the same course provided by other training providers, either distance learning or face to face. I really feel that I am getting good value for money.
Thank you for making this learning journey smooth and enjoyable.

PRINCE2 & PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner
I purchased a bundle deal for Prince2 Foundation, Practitioner and Prince2 Agile Practitioner courses with the cost of online proctor exams via PeopleCert included at an excellent price compared to other providers. I found the online training aligned to the official Prince2 manuals very well, the format and content was excellent. The sample exercises and ability to test myself on the two official Axelos mock exams in online format too helped prepare me extremely well for the exams and feel very confident going in to achieve excellent pass rates.
