I've received pastries/cakes in the perfect condition everytime. They are fresh and delicious too, love the variety and I find the pricing to be appropriate most of the times.

Damaged on delivery due to crap packaging. If you are a Reebok fan, you know how it irks if you are given with Reebook. That's what the cake looked too.
Incompetent service overall.
Cream tastes bad.
Cake isn't able to hold on its structure and crumbled from a side.
On WhatsApp contact, they said they were 'sorry' for overall experience.

I had a great experience! The cake flavour was absolutely delicious, and the design was really awesome. It looked beautiful and tasted even better.
The delivery was a little slow, but the quality definitely made up for the delay.

Seriously I'm never trusting bakingo ever. I ordered a cake, later i got a message saying that it was cancelled. After which i got a message saying my amount will be refunded. But till now i haven't. No action is taken on their side and they keep telling its refunded. Even after i gave the proof of no amount received. They are only playing up. It might be a small amount to them, but not for the customers who purchase. Please don't even expect a refund from bakingo. Coz they only steal for real.

I recently ordered a cake and was genuinely impressed with the taste and quality. The design looked exactly like the image given on the website, and delivery was on time. The cake was beautifully packed. Overall, a smooth experience from ordering from bakingo. I’ll definitely order again!

Extremely unprofessional and misleading service. Ordered a Chocolate Cake, but received a vanilla – when ask for clarification they saying outside vanilla and inside chocolate, then after reconfirming they said it’s chocolate truffle inside. This is blatant misrepresentation. Even after selecting everything clearly online, customers are expected to call the call center to reconfirm what the product actually is and what they might deliver — an unnecessary and frustrating overhead. Customer care was rude, arrogant, and blamed the customer instead of taking responsibility. Zero transparency, zero accountability. What should have been a simple celebration became a stressful experience. Strongly not recommended.
Specially customer care is rude, he was saying how you guess chocolate flavour means chocolate only it cannot be chocolate truffle and you should confirm with customer care before placing order.

No taste custemer response very poor do not waste time

I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday and it arrived in a smashed box and cake fully disfigured. I was promised that a replacement would be sent "within an hour" along with a box of chocolates as a gesture of goodwill. However, the replacement arrived after 6 hours without the promised gesture of goodwill. My Mother was phoned to say that she should expect no refund since the cake was replaced.
Such poor service and no sensitivity for a special occasion! My complaint is still not resolved with them.

I ordered cake first time on bakingo for my fren on 15Nov at 10:37pm as it was her birthday on 16Nov and I already pre booked and paid Rs.578 for it. The cake never got delivered. It was so embarrassing for me infront of my fren as cake never got delivered and nobody from Bakingo even thought to contact & inform the customer of the issue. My whole time n day got wasted and so embarrassing it was to be waiting n not give anything to the bdae girl. I then had to ctc the Bakingo customer support and spoke to agent CHIRAG SINGH supervisor who simply causally with no feelings kept saying sorry I understand like an ROBOT or an AI.
I request people not to trust in Bakingo and never to book any cakes. Their service is pathetic and they only know how to take money and not deliver the order. Poor customer service. Shame on BAKINGO. Used for the first time n will never use it again.

Do not even try. Poor customer service. Disgusting cake. Goggles ordered but not recd. Not even provided a refund. This is a kind of service they have. Avoid this bakery. Instead order from FNP or Floweraura. No clarity of discount. And when asked to cancel the order, no cooperation from the customer care. Not at all recommended.

We had a very bad experience with Bakingo. My wife recommended them to our relative for their son’s birthday. The cake was supposed to be delivered by 6:00 PM, and the cake-cutting was planned for 6:30 PM. We were invited along with other guests, but even by 8:00 PM the cake hadn’t arrived. Many guests left without the cake cutting, which was extremely embarrassing for the hosts and for us, especially since my wife had recommended Bakingo.

To make it worse, the customer service was absolutely pathetic — no proper updates, no ownership, and no support during such a crucial moment. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for important family occasions. Not recommended at all.

Bakingo is a scam! Half the items shown online are unavailable, hampers arrive incomplete, and cakes miss messages. Pathetic support. Please don’t order from here, they’ll ruin your occasion!

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter from Bakingo, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged and poorly handled, as seen in the images. The border was completely ruined, and the presentation was far from acceptable — especially for an important occasion like a birthday.

When I reached out to Bakingo, they showed little urgency or genuine apology, asking me to wait another 3 hours for a replacement. Instead of offering a full refund or immediate resolution, they proposed a 30% wallet refund, which felt dismissive.

I do not recommend ordering from Bakingo for important events like birthdays or anniversaries, where presentation and punctuality are essential. This was a disappointing experience, and I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bakingo. I ordered a Peppa Pig cake and Dairy Milk chocolates on 15th July, but the order was not delivered. I was later informed that the delivery could not be completed because the recipient was "not in town".

When I contacted customer service, the representative "Anshu" was extremely rude and unhelpful. She kept repeating, “Ma’am, we cannot deliver,” with zero willingness to offer an alternative or solution. I even suggested leaving the order at the doorstep, a practice that many other platforms follow, but that was outright refused.

What made things worse was the refund process. Only 30% of the amount (₹241) out of Rs 804 was refunded, and that too into the Bakingo app wallet, not to my original payment method. This feels like a trap to make customers reorder just to use the wallet balance. On top of that, your website doesn’t even allow using the full wallet amount in one order, which makes it even more frustrating.

This is a very bad service. I feel scammed and helpless. I paid ₹600 for absolutely nothing, and now I’m being forced to go through your platform again just to use the partial refund. This is an unethical business practice.

Today (17th July), after yet another call with Anshu, After I mentioned clearly that I want my refund in my original payment method, I was suddenly told that the money will now be refunded to the original payment method. Why wasn’t this done on the 15th itself? Her tone was once again dismissive and arrogant.

Bakingo, this is shameful. Your service, refund policy, and customer care have been deeply disappointing. I will not be using your platform again and would caution others to think twice before placing an order.

Order placed on 10 Jul. After 2 days they realise they can't do midnight delivery. So they refund midnight delivery charges. On the actual delivery date, they don't deliver at all. No communication. The recipient is clueless. I am embarrassed. But Bakingo doesn't care to inform that order won't be delivered. Why? Their vendor said I won't. So then penalize your vendor and get me a replacement, don't give me your flimsy excuses. Now they say "We have noted your concern". What? Concern? And they want to refund. That's their business model. People will pay them for a special occasion, Bakingo will ruin the occasion by not delivering and not informing, and then ask you if you still need a refund. Sure, keep my money also for such hard work in ruining a once in a lifetime moment.

I have been ordering cakes through Bakingo since really long time !!! And have tried many of their cakes throughout the menu many I have ordered on loop still have to say they taste exact the same all times I order!!Till this I haven’t faced or experienced any issue with cake or the taste !!! Keep up the work Bakingo
