The Baked Tile Co Anmeldelser

Great service, good value and excellent product. Very helpful staff when sorting my delivery. I would 100% recommend

I sent an email, but didn’t get a reply. I phoned the next day and the lady was very helpful sourcing the samples I needed.

Lovely tiles, good quality, competitive prices and excellent service.

Really helpful staff even though I only needed tiles for a very small area.

Beautiful tiles. The recommended palette of colours on the website also helped us choose the tiles. Fully recommend.

Arrived promptly and safely and look great so far, they still need grouting.

Very efficient with getting samples to us, which I would say will be purchasing when we move, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had an initial design consultation with a lovely lady called Jacky. She was very helpful and sent me lovely mood boards for my kitchen floor design. I ordered the Ramblas disc floor tiles and honestly they are absolutely gorgeous! Getting so many compliments. From initial design to order and delivery of the tiles, the service has been seamless. Thank you so much

The tiles were perfect for want we wanted. And the free half tile fitted perfectly so that I didn’t have to cut a second tile.

The tiles (including some samples I ordered) were all great quality and reasonable prices.
Customer service was incredible throughout answering all my questions very quickly and going above and beyond to accommodate specific delivery requests.
Considering price, quality and customer service I’m not sure it could get better.

Tiles are so lovely, just what I wanted with a lovely vintage vibe and a matt finish, delivery arrived in time and unloaded with no problems, thank you

Very helpful and easy to pick up from the warehouse.

Gorgeous tiles, excelent customer service.

Lovely tiles. However, the tiles were delivered one day ahead of the scheduled date without prior warning. Fortunately a kind neighbour accepted the order and stored the pallet of tiles on their drive for us until we got back home. Not sure if it was down to the delivery company or Baked Tiles...

The tiles arrived promptly and look really great in my shower. Lovely quality

I have ordered both my kitchen and bathroom tiles from The Baked Tile Company over the last couple of months as I have been renovating my own house, and I am absolutely delighted with both experiences. The Baked Tile Company have provided beautiful products and offered brilliant customer service, happily price matching one of the tiles I wanted which was on discount with another retailer, and being highly responsive to any questions I had. Samples were provided efficiently, and they were all absolutely gorgeous, easily outshining the vast majority of samples I had ordered from other retailers. The full tile orders were also delivered with absolutely minimal breakage - I have only found 1 broken metro tile in several hundreds delivered. The only improvement I could possibly wish for would be that the company used a delivery subcontractor who could offer better tracking and/or clearly defined delivery slots; the unavailability of these options made it challenging for me to organise delivery, given that I'm not able to live at the address whilst renovations are still in progress. However, the actual quality of delivery was brilliant, with the subcontracted delivery driver being extremely helpful, so this is such a minor drawback against the wider quality of experience I had with both orders. I would recommend The Baked Tile Company to anyone looking around the market for tiles.

Efficient, friendly service. Some of my tiles arrived broken and they were replaced immediately and very quickly. I would definitely recommend the Baked Tile Co
