Great packaging and chic

Jewellery comes from China!! I thought I was buying from European retailer (they say they are a company in Netherlands), but the items come from China, so I was very disappointed.

IT’S A SCAM

Don’t buy from this company! It’s a scam! I never received my package, luckily my bank dispute team refunded me.

RESPONSE TO SELLER:
I am still waiting for a response to my email, yet it’s clear that replies to reviews are prioritized, which is very disappointing.

Under UK law, you are fully responsible for goods in transit, and I’m glad we’re on the same page that my package hasn’t arrived yet. Essentially, you are in the wrong and have confirmed it in writing, absurd.

Now you’re saying you couldn’t refund me because I called you a “scammer,” even though I’ve been trying to get my refund since January 2026 without using that term and still haven’t had any resolution.

You are an unprofessional and opportunistic company with dubious positive reviews. I have plenty of evidence that I am not the only customer who has either not received their order or received a substandard product.

It’s a real shame, because with the effort you put in, this could have been something great, but it’s just terrible.

The WORST klantenservice ever

The WORST klantenservice ever. Ik had een bestelling geplaatst op 23 december, tot de dag van vandaag geen juweeltjes noch mijn geld terug. Het pakketje zou 3 keer 'zoek' geraakt zijn, 3 keer met volle hoop gaan kijken in de bpost-automaat, telkens opnieuw geen pakje te bespeuren. Ik heb al talloze mails gestuurd om mijn geld terug te krijgen maar hierop natuurlijk geen antwoord. Ik ben ondertussen ook geblokkeerd via insta , waarom? omdat ik onder alle foto's SCAM heb gereageerd, om te voorkomen dat andere vrouwen dit ook meemaken. Politie is ook op de hoogte, en er zijn jammer genoeg al veel getuigen die dit ook voorgehad hebben. NOOIT BESTELLEN OP DE SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for reaching out and expressing your concerns regarding your order. I sincerely apologize for the frustration you have experienced with your order placed on December 23. It is unacceptable that we have not resolved your issue in a timely manner, and I understand your disappointment regarding the unsuccessful delivery of your package.

You are a valued customer since year 2024 and your previous orders were received. Unfortunately, the third order were delivered to a pickup point. Since the package wasn't picked up in time, the package returned to us. Please know that we don’t have any control on any shipping mistakes that is caused by the courier. Despite this, we sent a replacement for free two times (January 16 and February 05, 2026) as a courtesy when you reported not receiving the shipment. We’ve been communicating since January 15, 2026, to assist every issue you are sending to us. We are giving all the information needed to be able to pick up your package but then package wasn't picked up in time and will be returned to us.

Of course, we want to find a solution to solve this, but we can’t help you like this if you keep saying that we are scammers because we are not. We are trying our best to find a solution. The last email we have sent you it to process your refund as soon the package return to us. As per checking the return will be reaching us in 2-3days from now. Please rest assured We will prioritize your request for a refund.



Regarding the situation on social media, I regret any misunderstanding and will ensure that we review our policies. Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve our services.

I live in Switzerland but the delivery was quiet fast :)

I have received 2 pieces as gifts for…

I have received 2 pieces as gifts for my birthday.
All the pieces are of very bad quality, despite the design is really nice. The pendant arrived even dirty, the “gold” is of very poor quality and the stones are attached not evenly. You can easily see the glue.
The delivery is 2+ weeks and it also passed customer clearance, which is an obvious indication of Chinese jewelry, despite the description that they are based in the NL

Don’t waste your money and time. It’s not worth it.

Avoid at all costs - Bad customer services and not following UK Law

Do not purchase any jewellery from this company. It is all faulty, the will forget to package items and when you request a refund they will refuse despite being reminded of the consumer rights laws in the UK.
I am over £100 with no wearable jewellery as all the stones have fallen out and their customer service team have just stopped responding.
