I love the bags but not the $75 surprise fees
I love the bags and the timely shipping. I have given several of the bags to friends who also appreciate the bags and the philosophy about these bags.
That said, I was very disappointed and surprised when DHL, before delivering the bags, demanded a $75 fee before they dropped off the bags! You should let your customers know about this possible fee.

Voila Pansy - bad production
I both the large Voila Pansy bag and the high rounded edge make up bag. The zip on both did not work, before I even used them. Neither zip worked and I have never been able to close them, therefore never able to use them. They look nice but the quality of production is very poor. They are not cheap either and so they were a total waste of money.

I absolutely love the green tree badge scheme. My beaver colony have earned their badges and really engaged with the different activities. We are so impressed we are starting again with our new intake. It's so easy to order extra badges I think we will carry on with this for a long time to come.

These bags are fantastic
These bags are fantastic. Use on the beach, while travelling or just for shopping. Extremely well made. I first bought one at Doha airport, and was so pleased I found that I could get them from this company. Great price, fab customer service and super quick delivery. I will definitely be buying again as gifts. They come in black or cream and both are lovely

Badges currently out of stock but the company very kindly sent some foraging bags as a gift and will send in badges when available again. Aucune communication. Aucun numéro de suivi de commande. Pas de confirmation par mail et pas de réponse au mail que j'ai envoyé. Je vois que bagsofethics a de très bons avis c'est pour ça que j'ai commandé. Mais là c'est un raté pour moi. Peut-être que pour les envois locaux ça se passe bien mais à l'international non...J'attends.
Édit: je viens de leur envoyer un mail sur l'adresse qu'ils ont mis dans leur réponse. Le mail m'a été renvoyé immédiatement car inexistant. Pour info mon numéro de commande est le suivant: 66569. Ariane n'est pas ma véritable identité. Le colis est à destination de Mulhouse. J'ai payé un envoi FedEx et c'est la Poste qui gère mon colis désormais. Incompréhensible. J'attends toujours mon colis.

I love the ethics of this company and I've used them for many years. The garden tools bag I sent to a friend for her birthday was very appreciated. It arrived in time and which was important to me.

Habe das Paket mit der bestellten Ware nie bekommen!!! Die Versandkosten iHv € 23 in die EU für ein 0,782 kg Paket werden vom Unternehmen nicht erstattet !!!
Wenn ich die Ware also benötige, muss ich alles noch einmal bestellen, erneut € 23 für ein 0,782 kg Paket bezahlen und hoffen, dass das Paket vielleicht nach einem Monat (!!!!), obwohl das Unternehmen eine Lieferdauer von 4-8 Tagen via FedEx in die EU verspricht, möglicherweise erfolgreich zugestellt wird oder auch nicht. Wenn wieder nicht, habe ich € 46 für nichts bezahlt!!!!
NEIN , danke!!! Ich denke, ich verzichte lieber darauf und bestelle woanders.

We fully understand your frustration at missing your parcel, especially since it took a long time for it to be released by your country Custom and Duties services.
However, the tracking link provided by us is stating that the parcel was ready to be picked up from the 22.01.2024, after a failed delivery attempt. It is also stated on the tracking link that you were notified: “the item is being held; the addressee was notified”.
So, you will understand that it is a bit unfair to put the responsibility on our team when the tracking link we provided was very clear about the parcel’s status.
Since all Bags of Ethics sale proceeds are going to charities, we do not make any profit from our online sales. The delivery amount you paid is the amount FedEx is invoicing us. In your case, on top of the delivery fee, we will now have to pay for the return of the parcel and the consignment.
Regarding the next step for your refused order, we will refund the products as soon as possible.
Finaly, we agreed to give you an exceptional discount code so you can place your order again with the same discount as the one you used to place your order. It is up to you to use this code or not.

Super Erfahrungen, aber …
Ich habe grundsätzlich eine super Erfahrung gemacht.Einziger Punkt: Versand ist aus London, UK und daher wird ein höherer Versand veranschlagt. Das ist auch verständlich. Dass ich dann als der Postbote klingelte nochmal zusätzlich knapp 11€ für Import Zoll zahlen musste, habe ich nicht kommen sehen. Daher 1 Stern ⭐️ Abzug. Der Versand plus Zoll hat mich am Ende mehr gekostet als die Tasche selbst 🙃
Ansonsten super Erfahrung! Paket kam sicher an. Die Taschen entsprechen 1:1 dem Bild im Shop und ich bin sehr happy über die Bestellung 🫶🏼
