Ordered on Feb 3rd they claim my size wasnt in stock so when i emailed back with the size change i didnt get any info back until 2/26 that they claim it was handed to usps.i check the tracking still says waiting to receive on usps website. Its is now 3/10 no package and company is refusing to refund or reship my package…This company is a scam they have no physical address only email and IG. I am going to report this company to the BBB to be looked into.

Nightmare. Ordered 3 pairs of PJs a month before Christmas & received them on 1/3/26. The quality is also really cheap. Not silky or satin feeling. More like paper. Absolute garbage customer service & zero communication.

Ordered the product for the Holiday and it never came. This is a big scam!!!

DO NOT ORDER!!! This company is the worst i have ever dealt with. Ordered a jacket for my daughters birthday in Aug but it was too small, i orginally was just going to ask for an exchange but had to send it back first. I sent it back and then said they did not receive it (untill i sent proof of shipping) and now 3 months later I am still waiting for my money back!! Communication is non existant, they take upto a week to responsed if they can be bothered. Their website states they are a british company but I very much doubt it or it definetly wont last long at this rate. Awful, unprofessional, dont waste your money!!

Terrible customer service. Do not order from them. I have been waiting over two months for my order and have not received it. They send me tracking numbers that do not exist.

Ordered from this company two months ago and never received my order. Was sent multiple different tracking numbers in Chinese that never updated and then said delivered to the wrong address. They company was no help and said to take up the issue with the local post office or police. Terrible customer service. Scam website. Filing credit card dispute.

If I could give them a -10 I would. Absolutely disappointed in their service. Ordered my item on the 18th June. Today is the 14th July! When I have emailed I get a generic response, they don’t even respond to anything that I have highlighted in the email. One response and that’s it they ignore all further correspondence. Tracking information stopped from the 3rd July and every time I try to track it says ‘page does not exist” THE ABSOLUTE WORST and they are not responding to giving me a refund!

Ordered 14 days ago. Still “ processing “. Order is One item ! Very very inconvenient. About to file a credit card dispute

still no shipping info , nothing. Ordered almost a month ago. I check every morning and nothing has been updated since payment.

Update 5 days later : still no package or tracking number. No email response. I have no clue what’s going on

I am giving two stars because I have not even received my order yet. Kat responded to my email quickly which I appreciated. However, I was told that my order would be shipped today at the latest. I haven’t received a tracking number yet and the business day is almost over. I appreciate the quick response but I can’t be 100% satisfied since my order has not shipped or arrived yet. Tomorrow will make a week since I purchased it. I understand they are probably busy due to the demand of the new collection. So I am hoping my order actually ships tomorrow (it clearly won’t be today) and I hope when it gets here, that it fits! The bad reviews are scaring me!!!

Avoid at all costs they told me they would refund me within a time period but they did not. Going to try and do a charge back. Clothes came ripped and cheap looking so I sent it back. Had a slit in the skirt when it didn’t on the photos. So disappointed

Avoid at all cost.
Never even took my dress out of the package and it came too late for when it was required.
Sent it back promptly and chased the refund for over a month.
Had my parcel tracking and they received it 28/04/2025. They have now ignored my emails and I have not been refunded for over £100 of goods.

STOLE MY MONEY AND REFUSED TO REFUND THE 1/4 ITEMS THEY COULD'NT SEND!

SINCE 04/24 THEY HAVE BEEN IGNORING EMAILS AND DELETING COMMENTS WHEN IM SIMPLY REACHING OUT FOR WHAT IS OWEDTO ME.

Total rip off!
Ordered over £200 worth of clothing, both bottoms to the two piece ripped within 1 wear! Customer service non existent, lucky I paid with Klarna and managed to get my money back!
The first problem though was the shipping, it took almost 2 weeks to be shipped and then another week of checking the tracking to see where the item was. One day it stated delivered, but no delivery at my house.
It got delivered to someone else in England and I live in wales 🤦🏻‍♀️
I managed to get them to send another package after I proved it had gone elsewhere, so another month goes by before I get my order.. so 2 months of messing about and both items rip at the seam on first wear.. one item already had a hole in the jacked when I took it out of the packaging, their response was “ I must of ripped it un bagging it “ never again! Hope they go out of business because they are a huge SCAM

The Fluffy Hoodie I purchased ripped after wearing it for the seconds time. When I called customer service I was told the size must have been too small. Not the case at all. I order one size bigger than what I normally wear. I followed their sizing chart. They also charge a lot for shipping and terrible customer service. Never ordering from here again. One of my close friends had the same experience with her purchase. In addition they take serval days to ship bad experience all around!

Please listen to all the 1 star reviews. I didn’t and decided to take a chance with this company and I wish I didn’t. Their shipping times on the website are a complete lie. The clothes don’t ship from London, they actually ship from China according to my tracking number. This dress was supposed to be here before my birthday weekend but surprise, it’s not. They are complete liars and scammers which sucks because the clothes look cute. Complete waste of $150. Decided to dispute with my bank and let them handle these scammers.

Ordered a tracksuit of here last month and it came but the jacket was too small, so I returned it via DPD as they said pick a courier not a specific one. Any way they refused my parcel and it came back to me so I emailed them and they kept telling me the same thing every time. So I re-sent the parcel by Parcel force and they finally got it however it has took them nearly ove a week to issue my refund. I got an email from them and in the email it said that you have been refunded, so I checked my bank and yet I have had nothing back. It’s ashame because they do nice good quality tracksuits but the down side is they don’t help and just take your money! please do not order from these unless you like being robbed!!!!

Ce site est une arnaque totale , on a commander une robe que nous avons reçu trop petite nous avons essayer 1 fois et nous avons renvoyer et ils ont refuser de nous rembourser ou même de nous renvoyer la bonne taille …comme quoi c’est pas dans leurs politiques!
ba oui ils gardent la robe et votre argent ! Un cadeau que j’ai reçu pour Noël de 90 euros ! Site malhonnête et arnaque totale ! Ne commandez jamais chez eux !
