I spoke to pat. He was extremely helpful.
my finances feel so much more aligned now that he’s spoken to me about the process of things. He did not miss one bit of information out. And made sure that everything we have spoken about is taken on board. Highly recommend pat! Thankyou so much

That so rove is willing to give me a go even though my credit file is not the best, I didn’t felt judge by the experience Chloe W was easy to talk to and she’s done all she could to help me out whether it comes through or not I’ll be forever thank you to her for taking the time.

Chloe was amazing - friendly, personable, non-judgemental, was across everything, made me feel comfortable and was honest with me. I literally have never had a better phone experience with any company or agent for these issues.

Had the pleasure of having Chloe helping me out today it felt like Chloe was prepared to go above and beyond only regret I had was not consulting with her in person I would have loved to seen her beautiful smile. You’re a gem Chloe I wish I had wine and flowers to give you to show my gratitude thank you. And no I don’t like to generally leave reviews

Thank so much Isabel for your great service today your company is very fortunate to have you working for them. You have given me and my family a little glimpse of hope to have a wedding to bring some much needed joy and happiness. But you have also provided us with confidence to look forward to working with your organisation to start our journey to a debt free life.

Please make sure you provide this customer feedback to your managers and you should be recognised for such outstanding, exceptional, very professional and one bloody brilliant customer service experience I have had in a very long time.

Your listening, reconfirming and providing solution techniques are hard to come back these days.

Your tone just made me smile and having a chat to you on the phone. Your service today has restored my faith that there are still people out there in the field (customer service) that are genuine, caring professional customer focused in proving exceptional customer experiences.

So thank you so much again and you be very proud of yourself! I think your bosses need to give you early finish or a free lunch for all your efforts.

This is one wonderful customer service experience I will remember in a very long time.

Appreciate your service.

Kind regards,
Jill and Po.
