The Merry Mischief 12 Bite Christmas Brownie Box from Bad Brownie and they were amazing! Super rich, chocolatey and really fresh. The packaging was lovely and delivery was quick. My family loved them and I’ll definitely order again. Highly recommend Bad Brownie!

Using their system and postcode search left the top line of the address off. I hadn’t checked so my fault as it was pointed out, politely I will say, so my gift four days late disappeared. I emailed to find out and had it laid out I had plenty of opportunity to recheck and recheck … so all on me it seems!
I was offered to purchase a second order with a discount should I wish however after reading that they wouldn’t make any money on that order I just decided to cut my losses! Appreciate a lot of this is automated these days but emails and phone numbers are attached to orders, I’m sure it could have been rectified before posting, most couriers these days call you if they struggle to find the building!

Received as a gift from my Goddaughter in NZ this was the most amazing experience. Not a great lover of brownies and receiving them on the hottest day in the UK I popped them in the fridge. They were absolutely delicious! Took me over 2 weeks to eat all 9 of them and they were perfect to the end. Chocolatey, but not cloying, amazingly different flavours. Oh my days I will be buying these for myself!

Came across Mo and her delicious product purely by chance. And am I glad I did, well my wife was when the order I'd placed arrived!! I have no doubt there will be repeat orders.

Had a lovely selection box delivered from Bad Brownie. The brownies were gooey and delicious in three different flavours. Couldn’t be happier!

The brownies are great. I had an issue with emails and Paz and Morag dealt with it promptly and effectively.

This company are awful. They returned a delivery of mine citing the wrong address (incorrect) and refused a refund for me, despite the error. And then I just received a bunch of their brownies from a friend, the packaging is completely mashed up with rips and the brownies open. Straight in the bin. Complete stich up of a company.

A little bit disappointed in bad brownie since they closed and reopened , they’re brownies just aren’t the same anymore and don’t think I would order again after the last batch we’ve just had a few days ago

Since they closed then reopened they no longer offer the triple chocolate brownie which was absolutely stunning

Their brownies are also not soft and gooey anymore they are now towards being more cakey which isn’t what I expected to receive especially when you pay a lot for them you expect them to be lovely but they just wasn’t

I don’t think I’d recommend them to my family and friends again as they’ve simply lost their touch since closing and removing the chocolate triple brownie

I ordered the Classic 24 Bite Brownie Box as a gift for a client as a Christmas 'thank you' (worth £32.95) along with a gift card (costing £0.50 itself). I was utterly appalled when my order arrived (via DPD I might add at an extra cost of £4.95). The condition of the packaging was frankly poor - a mere plastic bag wrapped around the box of brownies with no extra padding or protection. The state of the box when it arrived was therefore woeful - every single corner and edge was bashed. And the gift card?! I don't class a sticky crooked Avery office label in a 1980s style GCSE font worth 50p! Whoever boxed up this package, could not have cared less! It was all quite frankly, utterly embarrassing as a gift. Yes the brownies taste good - but stay clear from this company if you want to send a gift. Appalling waste of my money.

I ordered the vegan and non vegan brownies and they were both absolutely amazing. I shared with work colleagues who were also impressed. I ordered on a Saturday and asked for them to be sent on Monday as it says they take 2-3 days - arrived on Wednesday as they stated. Can’t fault Bad Brownie. Highly recommended for any occasion or no occasion - just order them and enjoy !

I used to be a fan of this company until my last order. The brownies they used to sell were 6 in a box, vegan and gluten-free, generously portioned (maybe 8x8cm?), and scrumptious! When I first tried them, I could not believe they were vegan! I waited months to place another order while they took a break, and once I finally managed to purchase a box, I had very high expectations. Unfortunately, the company seems to have completely changed their 'spiel' and sneakily so, without announcing that their produce is no longer vegan or gluten-free. They now charge £35 for 24 brownies. What they do not explain is that each piece is now about 3x 3 cm and that the recipes are different. Out of 24 pieces, I could only taste chocolate in 8 (2 flavours- cookie and cherry) all the other flavours are extremely artificial and overpowered by refined sugar. I could only taste the sugar. Not even my toddler liked any flavour, 16/24 pieces went straight in the bin. Last time I buy from them for sure.

Appalling behaviour by this company. They enabled ( encouraged & marketed) people to buy Brownie vouchers as Christmas gifts (& are still allowing people to do so on their website) and then announce they are taking ‘a little break’.No further information apart from an assertion that they will be back?? but now 6 weeks after Christmas we have no idea if they are ever coming back. No option for refund? I am in the embarrassing position of having bought a voucher for a friend who keeps reminding me that she can’t redeem it. I find this totally unacceptable business behaviour & I would never purchase from them again.

The portion sizes of these brownies is an absolute joke. For £17 a tray I would expect some normal size brownies, but these aren't even bite size. The box itself looks ok on the outside, but you open it up to find it's mostly empty space filled with a cardboard frame.
I feel like I've been scammed. How can you charge this much for tiny pieces of average brownie?

Awful service. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to write one for this as the customer service was so poor. I wrote a complaint and they were not apologetic and thought they were in the right. Delivery came late so left my husband without a cake on his birthday Monday 25th sept despite I’ve ordered the brownies on FRIDAY 22nd sept. The brownies arrived on TUESDAY 26th sept. They also charge high delivery cost like £9 to get next day delivery but instead I got mine delivered in 4 days. They write happy birthday on some cheap print out not even on a cheap card unlike cutter and squidgy. When I looked at the size of the brownies it was BITE size again disappointed with a massive box.

Awful customer service. Arrived late and the seal on the box was open. Spoke to customer service and all they offered was refund of delivery. Like you would eat something from the supermarket if the seal was broken. They obviously don't care at all as they don't respond to any negative reviews.

I was lucky enough to win a giveaway with Bad Brownie recently and I’m very impressed. My order arrived the next day and was packaged beautifully and of course delicious.

I've ordered Keto brownies-they are absolutely tiny and the taste is disgusting. I've eaten a few keto bakes in my life but this is just another level. They look beautiful, like on the pictures but that's it.
