perfect company i bought galaxy fold z 3
in perfect condition keep up the good work

Excellent experience. I purchased an iPhone 13 in premium condition. I received it in a seemingly unused state. Perfect condition on the external and smooth operation. Excellent battery too (which was a concern of mine). A 10/10 experience.
Only con would be the shipping experience. My packet was delivered through two different shipping companies and there was a terrible miscommunication between, resulting in my packet being delivered to a different city.

I was initially skeptical about buying a high-priced refurbished product from a marketplace, but it arrived quickly, was well-packaged, and looked brand new. After six months, it still performs flawlessly and hasn’t given me any trouble. I don’t regret my decision at all.

I liked everything. From delivery to experience
The only thing that threw 2 stars off is that although i got my iPhone with a. ew battery, its been 1 month use and it already went down to 94% from 100%. So I guess I got scammed and it wasn’t a new battery, just pre-filled to seem it’s new!

Thank you very much. The phone is perfect. I took an iphone 14 plus!!

easy to order and speedy delivery. used this site many times

Everything was quick and as expected. I'll definitely order one phone more because there are no other big resellers which send old phones to the Balkan countries of EU.

The Backmarket greek website is really top notch, easy to use, with fun one liners and most importantly it delivers. Shipping dates are spot on! The quality of the devices depending on their rate are also spot on!

I totally recommend it! I will definitely use it again!

I have orderd 2 times from this site . They were fast and evertyhing was as it was described.

The product was as described.
The delivery, even though I didn't select the fast delivery service, was blindingly fast! The next day was in Greece

No hassle! Fast, delivered as promised!

I can’t describe how happy I am with my order. It came so fast (in less that 40 hours), great packed and alike with a brand new device. I’m gonna choose back market again for sure!

Impeccable experience, the product was exactly as described. The communication and updates for the status of the delivery unmatched (more than 5 emails in the first 2 days) that helped me as a first time buyer. Would totally recommend. Also extremely fast shipping

BackMarket itself was flawless, the phone was in excellent condition, the price was good, and the communication with Fatma was also great.

However, the courier used, FedEx, was awful and this is not the first time I am experiencing problems with them. Having accepted the order, they delivered the phone to a town a long way from my address, claiming that my location was too remote. It is actually less than an hour away from their depot. The communication with them was awful, inefficient and uninformative.

Perfect product/perfect experience
