Bought a new ortho mattress which was too firm for my back (lumbar disc issues).

The mattress topper has transformed the mattress to a more medium feel which has increased my comfort.

The sciatic armchair cushion has improved sitting comfort on my rather firm leather sofa.

I ordered late on a Tuesday evening and delivery was early on Thursday morning. The item was on sale at the time and very competitive compared to most other sellers.

Assembly of the inversion table was easy and it's very well-built. I'm pleased I didn't buy one of the much cheaper other brands available elsewhere.

The only real negative was the delivery by DX. It was supposed to be delivered between 8am and 6pm, but looking on the doorbell camera later that day, it turned out it was left outside at 07:40 without a knock at the door or a ring of the doorbell.

As it was raining and windy, by the time it was noticed and brought inside, the cardboard box was wet through.

Great communication from the retailer, speedy delivery, overall excellent service.

The wedge pillow was true to the description and was sold at a good price. It is helping my acid reflux.

I bought a Putman pillow believing it to be made of memory foam. There was no options to choose a foam at the time of purchase. I received the cheaper polyeurathane foam version. I asked to return this and exchange it for thr memoyfoam version. The manager, June said I would have to pay to return it. After I had reminded her that I had the right to free returns under distance selling laws in England, she agreed to refund me the £5.15 postage if I paid to send it back. Good job I paid through PayPal as I had to use Disputes to get my money back. Took from September 22 to October 20 to get my money back. I still haven't received the £5.15, promised if I paid to return the pillow. Later I bought the memory foam version direct from Putnams online, cheaper than them. I do not recomend Back Care Online. They have not been honest or fair with me.

The website was easy to navigate, and once my order was placed, I was regularly kept updated with delivery details etc. Delivery was quick too. Very reasonably priced compared to other companies selling the same item.

I am Debbie, I ordered this topper for my friend Ernie who is sleeping downstairs currently. He needed to be close by to his wife who is terminally ill downstairs.
He wanted to hold her hand whilst she slept, so I bought this topper as he was on his sofa. He’s so comfy, and so grateful to receive this. The website was easy to use, and delivery was quick and efficient. The product is super. Your work is done ✔️
