Such a special experience

Great experience

I had my 4D ultrasound scan at Dagenham Vue and was looked after by Janene. Although our baby was not very cooperative during the scan, Janene was incredibly patient and did everything she could to help us get the best possible images. She took her time, encouraged us to try different positions, and continued to make every effort to capture clear views.

Throughout the appointment, Janene was very gentle, kind, and reassuring, which made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable for both me and my partner. She explained things clearly and made us feel relaxed, even when the baby was being a little stubborn.

Despite the challenges, Janene remained positive and professional, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making the experience special for us. We really appreciated the effort she put in and the warm, welcoming atmosphere she created.

Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would highly recommend Janene to anyone considering a scan at Dagenham Vue.

Our experience here was amazing, we had the lovely Anita, and i couldn't fault her. We wanted to make sure that everything was okay, and she went above and beyond to make sure thay all our questions where answered. The receptionist was lovely too, very friendly and welcoming. Had amazing experience! Venue was lovely, clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and supporting. The doctor explain everything, answer all questions. I felt really relaxed during the whole visit.
Was sent at home with a lovely surprise gift too. Would 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Babyvue Orpington. It was so special seeing our baby on the large projected screen — such a magical moment. We also loved that all of the scan photos and videos were emailed to us securely, making them easy to download and share with our family. The whole experience felt really personal and memorable. Highly recommend
