I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be documented.
I subscribed to the Fertility Trio Bundle, which clearly showed in my account as $75.65 + $5.00 shipping per delivery (total $80.65). I saved screenshots of this because it immediately became inconsistent.
From the beginning, nothing has worked as expected.
Orders have been repeatedly delayed or not fulfilled on time. My most recent order (#63813) has been marked “Paid” but “Unfulfilled” for nearly a month, with no clear resolution.
I also initially received incorrect items in a previous shipment (only the Him + Her Bundle instead of the Fertility Trio Bundle I subscribed to). The missing item was later sent separately, but only after I contacted support.
On top of that, I was charged amounts that do not match my subscription or order confirmations. For example, my order history shows:
• Order #56508 – $114.70
• Order #60328 – $183.00
These charges are not what I agreed to, and they do not match the subscription pricing shown in my account or the confirmation emails I received.
When I reached out to support, I was told one of the charges was for “3 bottles at their original price,” which does not reconcile with either my subscription terms or the order history shown in my account.
What makes this even more concerning is that the subscription page that previously displayed my plan and pricing has now disappeared from my account. I can no longer access or cancel my subscription through the website dashboard.
The only workaround is hidden: you must find an old email, click “Manage Subscriptions,” request a login link, and hope it doesn’t get filtered into spam. This is not a transparent or user-friendly system for managing a paid subscription.
Overall, I have experienced:
• Incorrect charges compared to subscription pricing
• Repeated delayed and unfulfilled orders
• Incorrect items shipped (with delayed correction)
• Subscription details disappearing from my account
• No clear or consistent explanation from customer support
I understand delays or inventory issues can happen. What is unacceptable is inconsistent billing, missing orders, and a lack of transparency around a subscription that is supposed to be straightforward and easy to manage.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service at all.
