I want to give this experience 10 stars!
I purchased the Babymel bag from Boots and it was sent to somebody else. When they received the bag they realised that the bottle insulator was not in the rucksack - how embarrassing! I tried to get Boots to sort the problem out and they were not helpful. However, I called the company and they issued a replacement for the missing bottle insulator straight away. Without any of the fuss made by Boots. Thank you Lisa very much for lessening this embarrassment for me.

Disappointed in this backpack for the…
Disappointed in this backpack for the price. It appears good quality and I have no issues with how it looks. However I’m not finding it to be practical. Much smaller inside than I imagined but the worst part is the straps! Wear it as a backpack and it slides off every minute. Myself and husband both have this issue whether we’re coats or a jumper. The straps need grips on them to keep them up so that’s another expense we’ll have to spare (for an already expensive bag) by trying to find an ‘add on’ solution to make the bag actually useable as a backpack that stays on your back.

Fab bag. Very well made and looks so classy. Favourite bit is the side pocket with the opening for wipes. Great idea. Love it, and have no problem recommending this bag.

Really nice bag
Really nice bag, comfortable and enough compartments to put all kind of stuff. The only issue is the fastening for the top flap (not sure how its called) came off after first few times we used it.. luckily i managed to ge to it back in. But would expext it to last a bit longer for the price we paid..
Other than that a great bag and my husband dont mind wearing it as well 😊
