Arrived quickly, lovely quality

Very disappointed.. Brought a VEGAN leather black backpack, and after 1 week of wearing it out, it already got a tear on the bag. For the money the bag cost, I would have expected more from the product and for it to last longer. What I was advised to do is buy paint / balm to cover the scratch mark as apparently I scraped the bag to a rough surface. Which definitely didn’t happen, as I had the bag attached to my pram. Never ever purchasing from this brand again. Giving it 2 starts as I loved the shape of the backpack.

I have ordered a changing bag and a replacement changing matt (when I left one behind in a baby change!) both orders came quickly and were well packaged. The items are good quality and well made.

This is my third purchase from your company to be honest they are really good quality and very helpful to pack all babies needs but last one I bought it from boots,George bag attached to the pram was to down and make take things from it to hard for me because I bought for travelling I already contacted you in instagram if you could fix mine and iam happy to pay extra

My first time ordering a babymel product. I loved the idea of it and seemed prefect for me. However I have not had it that long and it is looking scruffy and stitching coming off and I don't even use it often. Such a shame for the price I paid :(

I previously had a babymel Robyn backpack but had to put it on Vinted due to the straps hurting my back. And I was sad because it was a good bag.

However I explained this on their social media and they said they had improved the bags and made the straps padded. I was sold!

I ordered the “Freddy” backpack in tan. It came VERY fast and I was happy I could pay with Klarna over time so the cost didn’t really register.

This bag is FANTASTIC. It is huge! I can store everything I need in and more with a cheeky poop monster like my daughter. It holds a lot. It comes with a lovely changing mat that folds up for space, this is easily cleaned. As well as an insulated bottle holder… if you’re breastfeeding this is great to keep your red bull or coffee cold (cheeky cheeky but needs must!). It has two huge pockets in the side, which I use for my baby’s water bottle, we use MAM and it fits very well.

It’s very comfortable with the major improvement of the padded back straps. And also has an added feature of pram straps so you can attach ot to your pram, I’ve not used this feature as my bugaboo fox 3 it doesn’t like heavy things and prone to having a fit about it. But more study prams I’m sure it will be great.

The only thing I would say is to give parents the choice of leather or vegan leather. I am not a fan of vegan leather… it doesn’t last well and is worse for the environment. I do worry about it getting marked easier, but for now this bag is fantastic and great for days out. Their customer service is fantastic, delivery perfect. Highly recommended.
