I ordered a cot and got an email the following day offering an alternative (price matched) or informed my cot would be delayed for approx 6 weeks. Anyway, I opted to wait as baby wasn’t due for a while and the cot arrived I think within three? So I was very pleased. It did arrive with a missing part but I contacted the company and they resolved it immediately and had the replacement piece sent out and delivered within 3 working days. Overall communication has been excellent and I am happy with the service I received. I would recommend.

I had tried so many places for a replacement mattress for my maxi cosi lora crib and this was the only site I could find that done the exact size mattress. Quality is perfect and Delivery was very quick would highly recommend thank you

Amazing service from Natalie and Katie. We originally planned to just take a look around the showroom for ideas but unbeknown to us at the time they stocked the cybex travel system we had been looking at elsewhere online so we got to try it out and looked around the beautifully displayed showroom and ended up purchasing many other items and we will be back for more. They also store the items for us in their warehouse for us to collect nearer the time of baby’s arrival. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Baby lurve did not have what I wanted in stock ( buggy board) so because I paid next day delivery they got their partners store (lil rascal) to send out and received my item on the next day. So they’re very good and would highly recommended shopping with this company.

Just wanted to pop in and leave a review - found a baby item I’d be looking at for ages on Baby Lurve at an unbelievably competitive price. Ordered it at 3pm yesterday, and paid for next day delivery although I’d missed the midday cut off - regardless of this, I received a dispatch notification about 15 minutes after ordering and the parcel was with me by about 11am today!! So impressed, thanks Baby Lurve 😊

I found the Oyster 3 pushchair on Baby Lurve that high street retailers were quoting 7 days delivery for. I paid for next day delivery, expecting to be told it wasn’t available, but sure enough it arrived the next day! Great service.
