Very good experience with baby doc shop. Delivery was very fast and emailed them about getting the wrong item and they got back to me very fast . Was very happy with them. I definitely will be buying from them again.

I placed an order with Baby Doc on 22 September for two Joie Elevate booster seats, and six weeks later I still haven’t received my items. I only found out this week — after I contacted them myself — that the colour I ordered wasn’t available. I explained that the colour didn’t matter and was assured that the alternative colour would be sent out by Saturday, but that didn’t happen either.
The lack of communication and repeated delays have been very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this website based on my experience

Exceptional service! I was let down by another baby shop and the girl I was dealing with over WhatsApp, had my order ready & shipped super fast as my baby is due any day now! Can’t recommend them enough!

Online ad said 1-3 days for delivery. After I ordered and paid I was contacted and told the order would be out in 4-5 weeks.
It wasn’t delivered by week 5 so I enquired about the order. Then told it was on schedule to be shipped the following week but could not tell me beginning or end of the week. I emailed 1 week ago to see if the order was in the warehouse and explained I desperately needed the cot. No reply received yet. It’s supposed to be dispatched by this week which means if it is dispatched I won’t get it until next week going into 7 weeks since ordering.
I will never order from them again.

I bought my son's 1st car seat + base (Joie i-Level Signature Eclipse + i-Base Encore) with BabyDoc Shop in store, in Limerick, and me and my wife had the best experience and support on deciding which model to choose. We had the option to pay in installments directly with the shop before collection, as we purchased all a few months before our baby was born - and this was great. Then we used the car seat for almost 2 years, and noticed it was becoming a bit tight for our son. We did some research online, and decided on the model we wanted to buy next (Joie i-Spin XL) and the price was already good, but we found somewhere else for a bit lower. For our surprise we found out BabyDoc Shop offers a price match guarantee, so I submited a request online and they responded with the approval and with a link to the product with matched price. We had no doubt on moving forward and purchasing from BabyDoc Shop, as we already trust them and know they offer the best products while also being friendly and supportive on showing and helping decide on the best products for the family. I have been in multiple shops but couldn't made up my mind about what stroller to buy. No other shop made me feel so welcome and valued as a customer. The task was to find stroller big in size, as high as possible from the ground, easy to fold. Most of the shops advised Bogaboo dragonfly or fox 5. Honestly I hated the looks and they weren't as high. Male sales assistant carefully listened to my needs and advise Vista or ICANDY as it had extentions, I left the shop to make a bit research, few days later I came back to purchase ICANDY bundle but wasn't sure about the color. I was welcomed to the shop by the owner, he even held the doors for me. We had a chat about bundles.... Honestly comming to the shop I was thinking about getting cookie or biscotti color, but have purchased pecan with professional help. Again, thanks a million to the owner as promised order has arrived next day, im obsalutely delighted that I have purchased pecan, so rich color and looks so luxury and expensive. Im so happy with purchase no words to describe!!!

I placed an order for a three piece nursery set for my baby’s room on the 9th of August 2025, five and a half weeks before my baby was due. My baby arrived on the 18th of September and is now two weeks old and I still have not received one piece of furniture for his room. I made contact with the store and I was informed that the shipping container was lost and a new order would need to be placed. I received no update about this issue or any contact from the company or apology and I still to date have not received any date for delivery of the items. There is a frustrating lack of communication from the company and no empathy at all for new mothers who wished to have the nursery ready for babies arrival. I will not be recommending the company in future.
