I placed my order 13 business days ago and it was shipped 11 business days ago. I have had ongoing communications with customer services (7 emails sent by me and 7 received). Each email says the same thing, with the last saying my order might take up to 8 business days to arrive!!! They seem to be incapable of admitting they have no idea where my parcel is and that it is likely lost.

Non comprate dal loro sito. Per ritornare un prodotto vi chiederanno di mandarlo in Svezia con un corriere di vostra scelta e a vostro costo, che vuol dire spendere €30-50 oltre al mal di testa.

J'ai commandé sur le site officiel de la marque un porte bébé harmony censé être livré sous 5 à 7 jours. 7 jours plus tard, la commande n'est pas expédié, cela fait 3 jours que le service client ne réponds à aucun de mes messages, que ce soit par mail ou message sur les réseaux sociaux.
Vu le prix du porte bébé (240 euros), on s'attend à un service de qualité, or c'est tout le contraire..

I made an order 3 weeks ago - I did not receive an email receipt - and I have not received the product. - but they have taken my money - this is theft and is illegal

I will never order directly from this company again. I am so disappointed with how they are treating THEIR mistake. I ordered 2 items and only received 1. I reached out to them about the missing item and they have been so extremely slow with handling it. They keep saying things like "I will update you once I receive feedback from the team." I don't even know what that means. I just want my refund for a product I NEVER even received. I don't understand why that is so difficult for this company.

Amazing product and really impressed with the delivery service. Was very quick and they go to decent lengths to ensure the item is delivered to you as oppose to left somewhere unsafe. Will certainly use again.

Horrific customer service. Returned a gifted item 6 weeks ago to exchange for another item, and have not had this issue resolved despite countless emails and messages. I have submitted multiple “tickets” on their website, emailed them, text messaged and even called. I have had occasional responses from customer care apologizing and stating it would be sent to their “finance department to submit a store credit.” I have been told it was sent to their finance department three times, and never heard from them.
They have absolutely no customer care whatsoever. Extremely negligent service.

I recently purchased the babybjorn one carrier air.
Unfortunately i had some issues with the front panel, as it would not fold into place as it should. I reached out to the support team who were not helpful at all. Refused to respond to the faulty item one which i may add was not cheap. Unfortunately this item is of no use to me know. Money gone down the drain. Horrendous customer service and after care.

We bought a baby bouncer from BabyBjörn directly, as we thought that would be the best thing to do, but it’s been such an awful experience. The bouncer arrived with a blood stain on it, so I requested a refund, and after weeks of waiting for an email reply, they said they would only send out a replacement cover, and I should destroy the one I had. Still haven’t been able to arrange a returns yet, I no longer get a response via email and the phone lines just go to voicemail. We’ve had to start a charge back request on our credit card to get the money back. By far the worst customer experience we’ve had for anything baby-related so far. I would strongly advise to avoid buying directly.

Retoure / Return, to sweden! and you have to pay the return to sweden …. 16€ only for that!

Worst customer service and green washing all the way.
I needed a hook replacement for my new bouncer because it broke and was referred to a £79 replacement cover. Read their sustainability policy around creating waste as I was having to throw a perfectly new item away and this is how it starts “We know that everything we do impacts our planet – that’s why we aim to make only long-lasting products that can be handed down to be worn by child after child.”

Nice products but not so helpful customer service. Accidentally ordered two of the same product to UK and asked for help on returning spare product (e.g. their preferred delivery partner, how to address vat questions) but they did not respond with any advice. Would not recommend anyone to order directly from them when there are much better retailers out there.

Worst experience ever. Still trying to exchange an item. Customer service is non existent. Phone goes to vm every time. Emails take weeks each time. Will never purchase from them again.

Bought a product from the Uk website but very complex to return that will involve shipping the product back to Sweden and paying £150 in shipping. Go to a reseller who has better customer service.

I ordered the plate set from BabyBjorn and it took quite some time for my order to be updated, once i wrote to them they were very fast on replying emails, usually next day. There were some problems with DPD and after 3 weeks my orders didnt arrive, they were returned to sender ( i guess i am DPD doomed 😂). I managed to find the same products on amazon and they were delivered within two days. The sets are amazing, the quality as well. Havent been able to try yet but they look wonderful. I also got a refund within 5 days. They were more expensive than a lot of other products you can find in the UK but i believe when it comes to whats best for the babies it is worth it.

I bought a baby carrier from BabyBjörn and absolutely love the product. The baby and toddler adaptation means that I can use it interchangeably for my baby and my toddler! I found it a little hard to set it up on my back without another person’s help... but that is really my only complaint!

After having a problem I contact them and they were very quick to respond. They worked with me to get a suitable solution and I was very impressed.

I bought the Babybjorn Air Carrier for my 1 month old son and it was like getting my hands back! Compared to a lot of the other carriers on the market, I found this one to be the easiest one to use, lightweight, safe and most adaptable. It's competitor the Ergobaby was flimsy, awkward, non flexible (I had to roll a Towel and place under my baby's bum) as it didn't accommodate very young babies. Hands down the best on the market by far!! Very well designed to adjust straps easily without doing awkward movements! I found this to be particularly good as I have joint problems in my wrists and fingers from lifting the baby. Excellent customer service when contacting via email for advice on how to use it once my baby got bigger. My baby is very happy in it and it allows me to work and do my things whilst the baby is close to me.
