Under no circumstances buy from this company it’s a joke

Under no circumstance buy from this company!!! Ordered a so called mattress.. folded up like a pan cake ..1 nights sleep on it … folded it up .. and I went to my local tip to dump it … best place for it … after putting my review up .. I was contacted by this company asking if I would change my review.. I said NO .. we then ad emails back n forth I sent pictures of this so called mattress in my local tip because I don’t think they believe me … RUDE..I was then informed after multiple emails that on the 20 March 2026 if I took my review down I would get a full refund.. still waiting for my so called refund.. told me it would take 5/7 working days.. I bought this mattress due to the so called reviews .. I can’t say as fact.. but I believe there reviews are paid for .. unbelievable company if I can call it that .. I have proof of all emails and pictures.. so anyone want to purchase 1 of them so called mattress.. feel free to contact me .. I have all the evidence 🤬🤬🤬🤬 you have all emails regarding this matter it’s been going on for the last 3 months .. so please do not insult me..you have also contacted via phone .. my last email was Friday and I told you if the money wasn’t in my account buy Monday 21 March …then my review would be going back up !!

I got my little boys bed from baby fair! It was amazing choosing the design, fabric and adding toddler rails! The delivery was super fast and the bed was so easy to build. Such a stylish bed I would recommend to anyone!!

Genuinely hate this company

Purchased a mattress but got sent the wrong one. They didn’t even inform me until I contacted them about it, but couldn’t refund or exchange it. I originally thought I had purchased the wrong size, and had to cut the edge of my mattress. However the fact that they switched the delivery was not my fault, especially as they did not even mention it to me. Not just this, but the quality was so poor that 2 sleeps later, there’s a massive dent in the mattress where I sleep. I have been asking for support for the last two months and just over a week ago they said that I will get a 50% refund, which was alright with me. A week later I emailed them to ask why I hadn’t received it, and they said that they basically never approved it and that they would raise it to their senior team. Every time I ask for an update (usually a wee later), they practically say “oops sorry we forgot”. And they don’t even fix any issue until you keep emailing them (they still haven’t given me the refund). Honestly their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Quick to take my money but take months to give it back.

Bugs, dirt and holes- poor English from customer team

If I could leave minus 5 stars, I would.
Absolutely disgusting place, mattress arrived with two bugs in and smelt like what I can only describe as curry powder.
Rips in packaging
Don't even get me started on the bed! Arrived dirty with holes in like it had been used and put back into warehouse.
The bed itself does not feel safe when built and when I have reported the issues customer service have just said they'll send it to management for review and done NOTHING
Emails do not seem to be good English and my concerns were not answered

Unfortunately I feel I have spent £700 on a bed for my little boy and as a family we are disgusted. None of the goods can be used.

Please if you care about your children's wellbeing do not shop here
