Impossibile prendere accordi
Impossibile prendere accordi prima con il provider. Mi occorreva un seggiolino per un giorno festivo. Cercavo un accordo comodo per entrambi. A posteriori, prendendolo la sera prima, 8 euro in più cash. In pratica conviene acquistare l'attrezzatura nuova. Il sistema non mi faceva più rispondere al provider che mi liquidava con un "il seggiolino non è disponibile per lei". Però si sono tenuti più di 30 euro. Pessima esperienza, considerato che servirebbe per facilitare i genitori con bimbi piccoli

Come ti abbiamo spiegato dettagliatamente via e-mail ieri, il fornitore ha richiesto un costo aggiuntivo perché desideravi ritirare il tuo ordine un giorno prima rispetto alle date originariamente prenotate. In altre parole, hai richiesto di ricevere l’ordine prima del periodo di noleggio selezionato. Questo è l’unico motivo per cui il fornitore ti ha comunicato che la richiesta non era per lui adatta.
Abbiamo contattato il fornitore per tuo conto ed effettuato tutti i controlli necessari. Come ti abbiamo già comunicato ieri, il fornitore aveva completamente accettato la tua prenotazione per le date originariamente selezionate ed era pienamente disponibile e pronto a consegnarti il prodotto.
Tuttavia, poiché l’ordine è stato cancellato da te all’ultimo momento, purtroppo non ci è stato possibile effettuare un rimborso in conformità con la nostra politica di cancellazione per le cancellazioni effettuate all’ultimo minuto.
