Would not recommend this company at…
Would not recommend this company at all. We signed a contract for a new roof and roughcast paid our deposit and was told a surveyor would come out. He came out was very nice then we received a phone call stating that the roughcast was measured wrong we would have to pay an extra £1500 very poor service from this company

After the survey, we discovered the roughcast measurements were unfortunately incorrect, which meant the original price couldn’t be honoured. As outlined in the contract, all quotes are subject to survey to make sure everything is priced accurately before any work begins. That said, we take full responsibility for the error in measurement, and your deposit was refunded immediately. We truly appreciate your feedback and will be reviewing this internally to ensure we handle situations like this better in the future.

We’re so happy with our new roof and roughcasting – it looks amazing! The whole job was done to a really high standard. All the lads who worked at our house were very friendly and tidy! B-Spoke Group recently replaced my roof and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole team were professional, friendly and clearly knew their stuff. They turned up when they said they would, kept everything tidy throughout, and the quality of the workmanship is top-notch.
What really stood out was how easy they made the whole process, great communication, no hidden surprises, and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was finished perfectly. The house looks fantastic now and I’ve already had neighbours commenting on how good the roof looks.

Absolutely Appalling Service and Zero Accountability
I would strongly advise anyone considering using B-Spoke Group to think twice. After having a completely new roof fitted 11 months ago, I’ve had ongoing issues that occurred approximately 2 months after fitting and which I reported immediately - yet not a single person from this company has taken responsibility or followed up properly.
Over the past nine months, I’ve called and emailed multiple times, speaking to various people, each promising a call back that never came. I was passed from one subcontracted roofer to another, none of whom ever showed up as promised. Eventually, the roofers would stop answering my calls altogether and I would have to go back to the main office to be ignored or dismissed again. The Planning Manager Steven was rude and the way he spoke to me was upsetting and completely unacceptable.
Having escalated with written complaint to the Operations Manager it seemed like some action would be taken but again they have stopped communicating with me.
The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer care has been shocking. I’ve now had to hire a completely different roofing company at my own expense to fix the problems that B-Spoke should have addressed. I just don’t have it in me to go to Civil Court which I have been advised by consumer Advice Scotland, is my only remaining option.
If you value reliability, honesty, or any form of aftercare service, avoid this company at all costs. They’re happy to take your money, but once the job’s done, you’ll be left completely on your own.

Completely shocking after service once…
Completely shocking after service once the roof work was completed.
Since January, I've called and emailed B-spoke for numerous issues (Tiles and wood being left in garden, Damage to roof, Issues with Guttering since getting roof installed) Again and again I'm met with "Someone will reach out soon" - It's now the end of October and still nobody has come out to either pick up the materials left behind or take a look at the roof.
Not once have I been called back for someone to come and take a look at any of the issues or pick up the left over materials that have been left for over 10 months!
I have completely paid for the works and there was supposed to be a "Guarantee" I guess if they wait a year the workmanship warranty will expire and I'll be liable for the issues.
Edit: I'm editing this review in December to reply to the response I got in October.
As expected, nobody from the team ever reached out "We've learned a lot from this".. So it appears...

Dont use this company
Dont use this company , visited my property and done a quote and survey , price agreed no problem . Depost payed . Called and agreed a start date , didnt turn up or call. Eventually got them and they said they needed to add 2000 pounds to the price. Cant afford that , no appolgy that thet cant do the job . Now im going into winter with a leaking roof. Avoid at all costs

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that the original quotation was unfortunately undersold during the initial visit, meaning the costs provided didn’t fully align with the materials and work required to complete the project safely and to our standards.
We did contact you to explain this and apologise for the inconvenience caused. While this situation is very rare for us, it is the reason why all of our jobs are clearly stated as subject to survey within our contract — this ensures that any unforeseen issues or material changes can be identified before work begins.
In this case, supplier price increases also affected the overall cost of the materials required, which contributed to the revised quotation. We completely understand your frustration and are genuinely sorry that we weren’t able to proceed under the original price.
We always aim to be transparent, fair, and professional with every customer, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Recently had roughcasting done covering a large area of our property and couldn't be happier. The communication was brilliant with daily update calls or messages on the work progress (heavy storms the days we were due to get installation done that caused a little delay, very reasonable) and once the work was underway, the team were fast and clean! I can't stress the clean enough as it is obviously a messy job but once they were finished they left the area spotless. The work itself looks perfect and we are happy the work includes a 10 year guarantee making us even more confident on the high standard the work was done to. Will definitely consider the guys for any future work we might need!
