I bought 3 dresses from here - the quality was horrible and the colors were off. They did not fit as expected. I contacted them to return the items and got the run around - Had to email them at least 4 times before getting an idea of where I could return the items to . THey offered a 10% back and I could keep the items. WIth each email they offered a little more but never a full refund. I wanted the full refund - IT is definitely not the 30day easy returns that they advertise - In fact it costs more than 2x what you buy the items for to return them along with the time it takes - many emails to even attempt to return. Now I am stuck with horrible items and limited refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I first ordered several items. None of which were what they looked like online. The quality was less than poor. It took weeks to get a response and was told no refund but could order more items with a limit less than what I paid plus the shipping. I did so. The new stuff was no better and I received no response when I reached out to them and sent pictures of what I ordered and what I received. Scammers.

Ordered 2 dresses. Received tracking but didn't receive clothing. Email says it was delivered. upon research, USPS informed me it was a scam. They grab a tracking number to an order being delivered in my area and use that. Tracking not even for my address. Now trying to get a refund of my money.

I ordered 2 dresses on a 2 for 1 offer on 13th January 2026. Recieved an email to say the blue dress was currently out of stock but they were expecting them in. I was asked if I wanted to take delivery of the pink dress and a refund for the blue dress but I wanted them both so I waited but time was getting closer to the date I needed them so they offered me a full refund at the beginning of February to which I said yes please and to this date I have not received a penny of my refund and also no one is answering my emails now. So frustrating.

I would not even give it one star. I am not able to wear fabric other than cotton and linen and ordered 5 pieces of clothing with this description. I followed their sizing descriptions and ordered accordingly and received clothing with no return address on packaging, all but one was polyester and too small. I tried to return and am still doing that trying for a refund after 3 months of emailing with an Ai generated computer that has told me to send photos, photos of labels with wrong materials, photos of me cutting up their poor products or giving them to op shop. They said by Ai that I had complied with everything asked and another month has passed with no credit return to my card. Quess I am in a long queue and no-one home in "Accounts"!

So much for 30-day Easy Returns! You have to post back to USA which they discourage by offering you a partial refund instead and keeping the garment. The refund never materialised either. and I ended up giving the sweater to charity. It was GINORMOUS for a petite person.
I have emailed regularly to remind them of promised refund but just get fobbed off.
DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING THEIR CLOTHES

No order recieved, asked for refund weeks ago. Package was seized by USPS for counterfit postage, wish I had read reviews. Crooks!!

I would give it negative if allowed. First of all, the clothes I got were nothing like the ones posted on the website. The materials information were wrong too. Second, five items of the twelve items were missing and they didn't tell me until I asked. They promised to give me refund. But after countless emails and four months, they still didn't give me refund yet. Lastly, I wanted to return five of the clothes I received. They kept offering a discount to keep the clothes. After I refused, they gave me a fake returning address in New York. I was afraid I would lose both clothes and money if I mailed them out. So I agreed to accept the discount. After countless emails and four months of waiting, I still haven't received the refund for these either. This company is a robber. Stay away!!!!!!!!!

I have tried to return the clothes as they do not fit well, but have not been given the return address and they keep trying to negotiate a partial refund. There have been numerous emails, even agreeing to accept the return, but not address provided

It was a shocking experience. When I ordered it didn’t say you would have to pay postage on returns. I would never use this company again

The clothing was too small with poor material. Returned the item to an address in NJ that they gave me. Never received a refund. Somebody is making a fortune off of this scam organization.

Absolute garbage, I ordered a dress, it arrived after 3 weeks, I ordered a large, even though I am a 10, allowing for smaller make, it does not fit, the colour is totally different and the quality is garbage, do not buy from this site

Avoid this company at all costs!!! If your goods do eventually arrive expect the goods to be of appalling quality and unfit for wear. To return you email and they provide the return address of USA, to which you return at your cost. To avoid returning, the company offer a refund of 70% off the goods value. Please be aware that this if you accept this you probably won’t get a refund anyway. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I consider this outfit to be borderline scam. DO NOT think about buying from them. Tatty quality, offers to compensate you go up to 80% when you try to return an item which thus far I have found impossible. Send to New Jersey, tracked and at my expense. They advise to give to family member or donate if not happy. Absolute racket! Am about to contact Trading Standards.

Material is abysmal, wouldn’t use it for a cleaning cloth. Nothing like what is in the photos, wish I had read the reviews before I purchased.

After several attempts.thru PayPal,Google,
ATM card,credit cards all good!!! my credit score is over 800 I got sent to hades and back attempting my to make a simple purchase What a cluster f?!!!k do not use these people !!!Thank god I read the reviews after making all these attempts to simp!y make a purchase . Buyer beware! What I ordered had sequins in the photo but only a poor quality print on polyester in person. No sequins at all, just printed circles. $50 lesson.

C'est toujours la même histoire : on commande un produit "qui vient de Chine"... on paye par CB, on recoit plein de mails disant que "le colis arrive"..., et , au final on ne reçoit rien ! Et malgré un véritable "parcours du combattant" en ligne pour se faire rembourser, soit il faut encore remplir une fiche ET payer à nouveau 1€ par CB (!), soit on perd son argent ! Je suis très déçue par AZZLEE, car les vêtements sont sympas, mais je ne commanderai plus rien chez eux !

WALK AWAY NOW!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND OF $709.66 FOR 6 MONTHS!!! I followed every step they required and they are saying that it was never received. But, the Post Office records indicate it arrived and was picked up! All I'm getting is automated emails that keep asking for the same information, which I have provided MULTIPLE times. There is NO customer service phone number to speak with a real person. TOTAL SCAM!!!
