The proctor was great and easy to work with. The phone app was very easy to use. I had an issue making my appointment and they accommodated me to reschedule right away. Would definitely use again I highly recommend.

Luckily I had 2 test kits
Luckily I had 2 test kits. The first one was “recalled” and not useable. My brother was not so lucky 🤨.
WHY!!! Were we not notified by Ellume of recalled test kits!?
My brother now has to scramble to make tomorrow’s flight to the US and he was notified last night that his son has a brain tumor. This is really quite unacceptable.
My proctor was wonderful and did a great job.

Azova really helps simplify the process with Safe Travels Hawaii. They were very quick to process my vaccine card verification requests. Also, they were very responsible in the chat when I had a question or if they had a question about the request.

Worked perfectly for our recent travels and saved the stress and $ of trying to take care of testing in another country. There was one little hiccup that was easy to resolve with customer support. We will definitely do this again.

We have been using these pCR tests with observation and they have been great! Easy to use and affordable! However, having to take a picture of two tests in a tiny little square that moves backwards to your body was impossible! Can we just go back to loading a photo of the tests results ! This last step is really impossible!

Great Experience
I bought an antigen test from a different company. I realized I needed a telehealth monitoring service. Azova provided this. The process was very simple and the rep was very helpful. I uploaded my negative test results to United and I got clearance to fly to the USA.
