This testing process was very convenient. We did have some video call connection issues, but the agent would just call us back right away and carry on with the procedure. The result came through in the time predicted, and we received our documentation immediately. All was good!

I find the website extremely hard to use.
I find your web site extremely hard to use, redoing the app. to travel with verified vaccination record. This took 3 days and several attempts as I found it as clear as mud. Today I had a text that just arrived (maybe the phone is at fault). I called the number and was answered by John. He verified everything was done and I'd be able to travel. Thanks John for your patience and you helpfulness.

Quick and convenient
We used it for a family of 5 in a more remote part of Costa Rica where testing in person would have taken up at least half of a day. The proctor was clear and patient with family, and the connectivity was perfect. Also was much less expensive than in person testing. Would absolutely use again!

Quick and easy
We had a great testing experience. The proctor was very patient and helpful. The directions were clear and he allowed both our children to test at the same time, even though they had different appointment slots. There were some connectivity issues and it was hard to hear the proctor at some points. Also, our video only worked when I moved the cursor. I’m not sure if this was an Azova issue or an issue with my laptop. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Useful but could be better
We’ve used Azova’s services twice now and it’s a useful service especially in conjunction with the at-home PCR test Detect. However it was confusing that the second agent asked me to watch all the steps in the Detect app first, and then follow the steps again with her. It was a huge waste of time. And o also got multiple emails confirming the results. Both times.

Quick and Easy
The process was quick and easy! I received updates at perfect intervals - letting me know my scheduled appointment was coming up (I was super busy so I needed all of the reminders), text/email reminders letting me know the status of my shipment and then my results. I would easily use this again for my traveling needs.

They had one job…
Received a message saying my vaccination records were confirmed, however in the app they show not confirmed and the Hawaii website says Azova has not confirmed my records. No response from Azova to this issue.

Misinformed and unnecessary for Hawaii
Upon arrival in San Diego we were told we did not need this test to enter to Hawaii so It was a total waste of money. We arrived at our destination and was told the same thing. I will be seeking reimbursement for these unnecessary expensive tests.
