Couldn’t recommend Chris and the Azora team highly enough.

I recently went through the process of obtaining finance with Azora and had Chris as my finance specialist. From the beginning, Chris was incredibly helpful, patient and professional.

The process ended up being much more complicated than expected due to issues with the original dealership and their documentation. None of this was Chris or Azora’s fault, but Chris continued to communicate with me throughout the process, explained what was happening and helped me work through each step.

When the original vehicle ultimately couldn’t proceed because of issues with the dealership, Chris was still extremely helpful in getting everything transferred over to another vehicle. He was always responsive, easy to deal with and happy to answer all of my questions.

What I really appreciated was that I never felt like just another application number. Chris genuinely took the time to help me understand what was required and kept working through the issues until we got there.

After all the headaches with the original vehicle, I'm extremely happy that we were able to get the replacement vehicle approved and settled.

Massive thank you to Chris and the whole Azora team for all the effort, patience and communication throughout the process. I genuinely appreciate it and would happily recommend Azora to anyone looking for finance.
