I dont have any issies as such with the device... yet. But I came here to say, if you're going to place an order from this company to be shipped to the UK then beware because they are based in Latvia and you will be forced to pay customs charges since they use DHL for shipping and DHL (I came to discover) will pay the customs charges, send the item, wait for you to receive it first and THEN ask you for the money within 7 days rather than asking for customs charges when your item is AT customs and giving you the chance to let it be returned to sender.

For the price of the products they sell you would expect delivery to go smoothly especially considering the money isn't spent on the 3D print quality

I ordered a left hand Cyborg 2 and received a right hand Cyborg 2, for reasons I cannot understand, apparently if you order a right hand you get a left hand and vice versa, on the order page of the site, this is not clear, it simply suggests left and right hand.
Now I have a useless right hand cyborg 2, they refuse to send me the correct one while I send this back, they state they will refund it if and when it is sent back. Apparently they believe this is my fault for ordering the wrong hand, when their site doesn't clearly suggest that order left hand you get a right hand device. They are extremely offhand in their replies and do not seem to understand that their site is incorrectly setup and blame the consumer for not understanding this cack handed way of describing the unit they are ACTUALLY selling, i.e. not the one you ordered. In other words, unless you scour the site for this left get right information you will almost inevitably order the 'wrong' product. They take no responsibility for this and refuse to at least meet you half way, i.e. Send the correct unit out and I'll send this back. Honestly, terrible and a complete lack of trust. Oh, btw, they haven't offered to take on the postage or any other fees this might entail. Altogether an awful experience.

I purchased a cyborg 2 compact for £300 plus shipping and duty fees, and honestly, the device is amazing, if you get one you won't want to go back..

..however, the first cause for concern was the pitiful warranty - for a £300 product you expect better than a standard 1 year warranty. This was a sign of what was to come.

After only a year, 5 days after the warranty expired, the device suddenly stopped working. Despite being treated with utmost care. Support confirmed a replacement motherboard is required and refused to provide a free replacement.

For a £300 product this is truly unacceptable.

I cannot recommend Azeron or their products to anyone until they improve the quality/lifespan and the standard warranty.

They have put a warning for UK buyers about the import fee, which is not my issue.

When purchasing the unit I opted for Grip tape on the palm rest and for it to be pre-applied. I did not realise that meant grip tape only applied to one of the included palm rest. When I set up my Keyzen, I prefered the other palm rest, so have wasted my money. When contacting customer service they have refuesed to help me out. At the cost of the unit, I am very suprised they have not offered to send out a grip tape.

When looking to buy the tape myself it would cost 21 euros with the cheapest, slowest shipping option

It could be better but so far so good, I will manage. Hope it lasts

They hide the import tax, when at payment u see delivery options and prices... however there is nothing about import tax or potential import tax while paying. You would have to go out your own way to find the information that YOU the customer will be paying the import tax. Namely the service I used was FedEx and I paid £20 for delivery for a £175 item and then a week later I get a letter saying I must pay £10.61 Disbursement Fee and then £35.36 Original VAT, In total a £45.97. I used My other Email for your website Azeron

This is a review about the company rather than the item. At check out they do not inform you that you are responsible for import VAT (it is probably hidden somewhere in the small print) on the item and also that Fed ex decide to pay this on your behalf and charge you for that honor.

You are not supposed to be dealing with some back alley company you would find on ebay (I should of read th eother review here), but it seems to me they purposefully do not inform the customer and most likely profit from more sales because of this.

My order came to 218 euros on top of this I have had to pay £49.24 to Fed ex of which £36 was tax and the rest paid to fed ex as disbursement fees. This is on top of the 25 euro shipping cost.

I wanted to just return the item but have been forced to pay these charges as it had already been delivered to a pickup point. I now would lose 50 euros shipping costs in total and the disbursement fee of £13+ and also have to go through the rigorous process of reclaiming the taxes if I return the item.

Companies know these costs are liable (probably why they stopped selling on Amazon uk) and if they have integrity inform the customer that they will have extra costs to pay.

I ordered a personalized item from them (over £300)
Despite the £23 postage, they sent the item in economy mode, without a signature and someone took my package.
In addition to having lost the money from the purchase, I have to pay £65 in customer tax, as the item is shipped from abroad.
I trusted to pay without PayPal, also because they ask another £13 to choose as a payment method (have you ever seen a serious company do it?)
Unfortunately I can not give an opinion on the article, as I never received it.
