Azemov is a scam – misleading ads, fake products, no refund.

I ordered a drone from Azemov on July 25, 2025. The product was advertised as a professional drone with 43 minutes flight time, 15 km signal range, 15.2V 5000mAh modular battery, GPS, and advanced features.

What I received was a cheap toy drone (Drone C12), with poor quality, very short flight time, no GPS, and a useless camera. It is completely different from what was shown in the description and photos.

I filed a dispute with PayPal the same day (July 25), but as of today I have not received my refund. The seller is uncooperative and tries to push responsibility onto the buyer, even asking to return the item at my own expense, which is unfair in a clear case of fraud.

Azemov is not a legitimate online store. Their ads are misleading, and they deliver fake products instead of what was promised. Be very careful – I strongly advise against buying anything from them.

What a complete waste of of time and money trying to contact a company with a contact number which was 4334 how can I contact them? You tell me…still waiting on my order I have reported this to pay pal. And also the delivery company who said they recived my order over a week ago……but can not find it…..I’m sure this is a scam….ill let you know what happens..but till then be very weary of this company.

This is a Bait & Switch operation. The drones you receive are different than what was ordered, and are cheap junk. I paid $170 for something I could have gotten on Ebay for $40.

Please save your money! This place will just rip you off.

No way is this the drone that was advertised and I ordered. Controller is different also to what was advertised Cheap crap.

American Express refunded on claimback on 24 June and are investigating these scum for fraud.

I was led to believe I was buying a quality drone that had been reduced in price,I paid $190 New Zealand and recieved a piece of crap C12 drone that was worth about $45.I cant even connect the drone to my wifi so its totally hopeless to use,dealing with them is bullshit,this scamming
site deserves to be exposed

Total scam. Dident got anything.

Complete scam. You think you order the displayed DJI magic pro drone, to a very comfotable price. What you get for you almost 100 USD is a Temu Plastic Toy drone, dropordered directly from China. Valued at less that 5 dollars.
Do not fall for this scam. And there are many others just like Azemov.

Purchased a drone. What was received was nothing like what was advertised. Total piece of junk. Do not purchase anything from Azemov.

They didn't send what I paid for. After sales service is zero.

I got a "Drone c12" which has NO auto return, NO follow me, NO waypoints

I saw the Azemov (LS Shop) drone video on facebook and was impressed with their claimed quality and functionality of the drone. So I placed an order and paid by PayPal. The drone arrived on time as they had promised. But straight away I started worrying as the box weighed very little. So I knew the quality is not going to be too crash hot. The packaging was ok though.

I read the Chinglish instructions a few times as they were extremely hard to understand. But managed to get through it. I followed the instructions to the tee and went outside to test the drone. It was a calm day with no breeze. As soon as I started the drone it flew away violently. I had absolutely no control over it. I could raise or drop it but it flew away from me about 30 meters in a matter of seconds. I tried it multiple times and realised it was totally rubbish. All their claims on their facebook video is false. The drone is just a toy and not worth the price at all. All their claims are nonsense. I could not get a refund from Azamov so I contacted PayPal and after explaining the situation they refunded the full price, including postage.

Don’t fall for this scam. The drone is worthless and nothing like what Azemov claims

Order never gets shipped. They withdraw the money as soon you place the order.
Believe my money is lost.

Scam. They provide a fake tracking number making you wait to report them because you think the item is coming. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!
I have also notified my credit card company so they can be flagged.
....too bad, because they actually have a pretty good idea if they were just honest.

Do not buy anything from this rogue organization!!

Paid but not delivered. When you inquire by email, you will not receive adequate answers, but you will be pushed from pillar to post.
