Very disappointing experience with Ahrefs. My access to the Site Explorer report was temporarily restricted due to a suspicious activity warning, preventing me from accessing the data I needed. This disruption was frustrating, especially when trying to carry out routine SEO research. I expected a more reliable experience and clearer support in resolving the issue. Hopefully, Ahrefs improves its account monitoring system and provides a faster resolution process.

I purchased Azad SEO Guru package, but honestly, it has been a frustrating experience. Semrush keeps getting blocked multiple times a day, and I have to keep messaging support again and again to get it fixed. Even after paying for the package, I still cannot use the tools properly or get any real work done.

I keep having to ask them to fix the same issue over and over, and then Semrush gets blocked again. It has become a constant hassle and a complete waste of my time and money.

Based on my experience, I would personally now avoid Azad SEO. Total waste of money.

I bought the "Guru Package" from AzadSEO because it advertised ChatGPT access.

ChatGPT failed within hours with a 503 error. I complained daily for over a week — they kept saying "we're fixing it." Other tools like SEMrush also stopped working.

Their own policy promises a refund if any tool issue remains unresolved for 5 consecutive days. Day 5 came — they said "Refund possible nhi ha."

They then removed ChatGPT from the Guru Package and demanded extra money to add it back.

They broke their own policy, removed the feature I paid for, and kept my money. Screenshots available as proof.
