I posted a negative review for this company previously as they straight up refused to send me the dresses i paid for. Following my negative review, they replied and DOXXED me with my private details on this forum. Fortunately, trustpilot removed it as it volated their policy. This company then harrassed me on phone, email, message AND whatsapp saying they were sorry and they would comp me. I finally replied after the FOURTH unsolicited message and agreed go removing my review following comp of my original order. Then they went silent and never replied to me. Considering this whole branding is “eco friendly” and “ethical”, i advise potential buyers to beware because this has been the most unethical and deceptive company I have ever dealt with in my life, and that includes temu. Please do not support this fraudulent, and abusive company.

this is my second order with Aya. i ordered the silk slip dress in dusty rose, the matching silk robe, and soft pink linen slip dress. the silk slip dress i was hoping to wear to a special occasion.

shipping is very fast and the clothing is thoughtfully packaged in a branded dust bag. there’s a small bag of incense included as a gift that is a nice touch.

the silk dress is GORGEOUS and perfect for everything from a date to a special occasion like a party, birthday, or wedding. the pink is so beautiful in person and the low back and body-skimming cut is stately and elegant. my boyfriend said "WOW" when i tried on the dress and wanted to take me to a nice dinner so i could wear it!!

the dress is the smallest bit tighter on me than i prefer, and that the fit will vary from person to person is clearly stated on the website. i reached out to customer service and after some minor confusion, they offered to send me the dress in a size MEDIUM, which is exactly what i wanted. i'm very pleased that their customer service team is dedicated to customer experience and feel very confident in purchasing more clothing from AYA as we move into the holiday (party!!) season.

The garment itself is wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased. My only issue with this second purchase is that I had to reach out twice regarding its delay. If I'd known the warehouse was still waiting on stock, I wouldn't have purchased it for a specific event like I did. I would have waited. While customer service was lovely and very responsive, when something is delayed to that degree and the ultimate shipping date is unknown, they should be reaching out to me to let me know. That said, other orders haven't had this issue, so I'm writing this off as a fluke and hoping the next purchase arrives on time or within the window of when it's advertised to be arriving.

surprised to receive the dress so quickly, a week earlier than expected. looks just like the picture, color and fabric is nice. I wasn't sure if the length would've changed via sizes, since there were no sizes references. the inner dress that came with, fits true to my size. my references to other shops to find what's best for your size for this dress. I would definitely purchase from here again.

Refused to send my parcel of the 10+ dresses I bought from them as I had "opened up a case". This is completely untrue and they stopped replying when I told them this...

BUYERS BEWARE. I had an extremely negative experience of this company. I returned order #3977 in May 2022 in 100% alignment with their refund policy. A representative said they would refund me the dress less a restock expense. 6 months later they still have not returned my refund. They continue to ignore my emails. Every day I write comments like this on their social media and they delete my comments and continue to not respond to my emails, all the while continuing to post “conscious’ marketing messages in their social media posts. It's nauseating that they advertise as a conscious company when nothing about their ethics in doing business is actually conscious. 0 out of 5 stars. I would never ever buy from this company again. And it seems many people have had experiences like mine when it comes to returns.
