Dave was extremely accommodating at rescheduling my course a few times due to personal reason. Simon who taught the course was also amazing, made it easy to follow and prepared us well for the exam. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get their cert 2 in food safety!

Dave made the course fun and easy going. I loved the fact that I could get the certificate sitting on the sofa at home as normally I would have to take a plane for doing so. I was a bit nervous about taking the exam online as I am not precisely a tech expert and ended up making a considerable number of questions and requests that Dave answered fast and very kindly.

Dave is attentive, thorough and informative.. all without the task seeming in anyway arduous!
