Good price, only thing was I ordered what I thought was a box set but there were 3 books in a box and the other 4 were loose. Prompt delivery.

Fantastic customer service
First time using this company and very pleased with them. Despite some delivery problems (due to Royal Mail not Axel Books) they went out of their way to get a replacement to me. Thanks especially to Emma who was brilliant and so helpful . Will definitely be shopping with them again

Great service, great price. What’s not to like?
First time ordering from Axel Books. The products I wanted were some of the cheapest online but I was a little nervous when I read a couple of poor reviews. I need not have worried. Great experience. Customer service was very responsive and helpful as I had to amend the delivery address after ordering. Books arrived in perfect condition by Royal Mail within a couple of days. Would happily order from them again.

Disgusting packaging
It’s lucky I ordered two box sets of books, both in plastic wrapping, because the box they were packaged in was stuffed with disgusting rubbish, like a gyros wrapper with oily, yellow, smelly patches. Also, one of the box-set boxes was damaged (crumpled and dented) at the corner. The outer packaging didn’t show any damage so it must’ve been packed that way.
