Hi Jordan,
I'm so sorry you had to experience this and for the delay in response. Our small two-person team took a break during the holidays, but we are back in full swing now.
As mentioned in our email to you, the shirt was shipped separately and got lost in transit. This can sometimes happen with carriers during the holidays. Sorry for this massive inconvenience. We've sent you a new & upgraded shirt and it should arrive tomorrow. Thank you very much for your patience. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions. 🙏🏻
Best,
Devon

Sturdy Design
Design has survived many washes without any fading or destruction of the design. Pleasantly surprised and the lack of pilling on the inside as well! Earned a lifelong customer for sure!

Amazing company :)
I absolutely loved everything about this company. There was a mistake I had made with the sizing and they were able to fix it. Then there were some delivery issues and they helped me out so much with it. A 10/10 customer service. These people are so nice and so sweet. I got a sweater for my friends birthday and he loved it. The material of the hoodie felt amazing :) PLEASE BUY FROM THEM!!

Hey Jenell,
I really appreciate your feedback. We only want the best for our customers, and we're so sorry we missed the mark on this one. This doesn't usually happen and it definitely shouldn't have slipped past us. We just sent you an email. I'd love to make it up to you by sending you a new hoodie. 🙏🏻
