Absolutely stellar customer service! I received daily (sometimes twice daily) emails from Margaret while we tried to resolve the big mistake with my order (my mistake) and she saw it through to the end, with the exact resolution I wanted! To speak with a live person was so helpful and reassuring.
Again, shop with this company if you want to know the true meaning of customer satisfaction!

I mistakenly inquired about getting a refund from your company on some tops I purchased. Margaret from customer support was very kind and asked for various types of verification. She handled my case with extreme kindness and understanding. She is a definite asset to your company!

Don’t buy from this Chinese company. Scam. Product sucks, misrepresenting quality, nothing like pictures.
If you have been taken, tell them in an email that you will dispute the transaction on your credit card. If does this it will put a bad sign next to them and they don’t want that. I just did this today, waiting to hear back. I will dispute, I’ve done it before on scams and I get my money back.

I asked to return as they said they have 30 day full refund returns and weeks later we are still playing this your refund will be coming game. Don’t waste your money here.

Bad, bad, bad. First, I bought two tank tops with built in bras, both the same size. They were vastly different in size, the beige one at least two sizes smaller than the black one. That's just the beginnings of the problems, though. Second, they smelled terrible--like they were steeped in cigarette smoke. Third, they both had a two inch tear between the cups. Lastly, I reached out to get my money back and have had no response. Oh, yeah, and did I mention the twisted right cups? Bad, bad, bad.

Not as advertised. Ordered L and it might fit a 9 year old. They sent me a larger size 2XL and it was flimsy rolled up and bra didn’t fit right. Asked for refund and they told me that I would have to pay for shipping and would only get a partial refund. Guess what!. I threw them away. Not worth the few dollars they were going to give me ( if I would ever receive it). Learned a lesson not to buy from Instagram ad. Only reputable companies.

Wanted to return an item. Requested refund/was offered a 50% immediate refund without return which I refused. Finally got around to agreeing on an immediate 70% refund. This all started on 4-10-26. It is 5-5-26 and still no refund and the same promise of 3-5 business days. Yikes!! (not to mention the item was not as depicted online)

Do not order from this company. It’s a scam! The product I received was the wrong size, and flimsy synthetic material- not as advertised. They don’t answer customer support and the phone number listed is disconnected. I doubt I will ever see my money back.

I ordered the built-in bra tank tops from Avulea. They arrived but are very poor quality and only resemble their add pictures. Very thin fabric, bra not supportive as advertised, no seams (cut fabric only), ordered XL but packaging listed 2XL and tanks labeled as XXXL. I contacted the company via email as directed in their add and received an email from "Margaret" who is listed on the add. First offer was for a size exchange, then 20% refund and I could keep the product. After four emails, they offered a 50% refund and I could keep the product. A return address was never provided, and ultimately I accepted the final offer. Surprise! No refund was ever credited to my payment method. AVOID THIS SCAM! They advertise on Instagram, Facebook, Amazon.. A lesson learned.

Update: Though it took several weeks, I did receive a 50% refund to my credit card yesterday from Avulea.

I agree with all of these other customers- the quality of these garments is substandard. Fabric is very flimsy- I ordered a size L and received XXXL- stupid enough to buy it in several colors. The bra is not supportive and the fabric across the belly is too tight. I’ve contacted them 3 times and asked for a refund- they keep telling me to keep what I have and they will send me more… why would I want more of a product that doesn’t fit and is made poorly?!? Don’t waste your money!!

They sent the wrong size. There has been no way to contact them for an exchange or refund. Any web site do not work. There are no numbers to call or contact of any kind. Guess I just lost my money. I advice anyone to not purchase from this Label.

The built-in bra tanks I purchased did not look like nor did they fit like the ones in the model photo. The fabric was very thin and the shoulder straps looked like they were just cut on the edges. In fact, there are no nice hems or finished edges on any of the tanks I received like the ones in the site photo. The black tank had a whole seam missed on the side and the bra pads are bulky and flat. The return process is very difficult even though their site promises easy returns.

They have made it impossible to return the tank. Will not give me a return address. Then promised 60% refund if I kept it. That did not happen.

I purchased this top and was very disappointed with it.
It doesn’t lie smooth or fit nicely at all.
I purchased a large and it is very tight.
I only weigh 130 lbs. and the top rolls up when you try to wear it.
The quality is terrible, no finished seams and it is too short.
The packaging looks like it just was taken off the ship from China. No English
I want a refund but I see no way to get a refund.

Total instagram scam. Cheap looking, unfinished hems, doesn't look like website pic at all, I ordered a L and got an XXXL, which looks like it would fit a 9 year old girl. The fabric is sliced open where the two pieces of the cheap bra part come together. There is no Avulea tag on it, no tag at all. Runaround customer service. Had to open a dispute with my bank, since I'd ordered two. Bank got them to refund all my money. I didn't even have to send pics to Chase, they trusted me.
