Credit where due. It’s my fourth order and I am pleased with everything.

Super impressed with the leather loafers. They look much more expensive than they actually were. I had to exchange for a half-size down, but the return process was seamless.

Great customer service from Avretti. My order was missing an item, but they responded to my email within an hour and overnighted the replacement. The joggers themselves are very comfy.

They refuse refunds. Refuse to give their Belgium office address to return the rubbish they sent me. Emails are all templates from fake people/bots.

There is something very wrong with this company. The items of clothing being delivered are NOTHING like the website. This is definitely a company to avoid at all cost and NEVER purchase from!!! Any 5star reviews are clearly from the company themselves. I wish I had looked at the reviews first, but you live and learn. Let’s see now if I can get my money back. Will keep the site updated with my experience in trying to get a refund. Do yourself a favour and be very careful because what you see on the website is definitely NOT what they send out !!

I ordered the Adriano Tailored Jacket from Avretti. It's meant to be an Italian-style, tailored jacket. When it arrived, it was very poor quality: plasticky, cheap, and unwearable. Temu quality, but not a Temu price.
Avretti offered to refund 20% of the cost. Or I could return the item for a refund, but with shipping costs of about two-thirds of the total cost of the item. Or I could have a replacement item and pay the shipping costs - but I figure the quality would be just as poor. So I'll just give the jacket to charity.

Fast delivery from Avretti. The shoes were packaged well and the design looks even.

Avretti delivered a really nice pair of boots. Quality leather and a comfortable fit.

The dress shirt fits well and feels very smooth. Shipping took a day longer, but still apositive experience.

I would like to share my recent experience with @Avretti to help others make informed decisions. I placed an order for the Lorenzo Cotton Trench Jacket in size XL, which appeared to be of high quality based on the product images. However, upon receiving the item, the quality was far below expectations and the jacket was delivered in a 3XL instead of the size I ordered.

I contacted their customer service regarding a return, and my correspondence was handled by a representative named Dulce. I was instructed to return the item to Belgium, but the shipping cost would have left me with virtually no meaningful refund. After numerous back-and-forth emails, it became clear that resolving the issue directly with the company would be extremely difficult.

At that point, I escalated the matter to my bank. I am grateful to @TSB for promptly assisting with a refund and confirming that they would pursue the case further.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others never to purchase from @Avretti or any of its related businesses. I have retained all email correspondence and am prepared to share my experience with the appropriate authorities, including the UK fraud department, should it be helpful.

DONT BUY FRIM THIS COMPANY - O ordered 2 zipper jackets, 2 weeks went by without any correspondence, you can only communicate via email, I was advised that they hadnt had the product in stock and they couldn't confirm when they woukd have it restocked, as a goodwill gesture, they offered me a 10% refund. I declined and asked for a full refund, I have since sent an additional 3 emails with no reply. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!
