Scam company!!! I ordered an $80 watchband from them and it was not at all as advertise, it was cheap and not as pictured on their website. I have sent seven emails and have chatted over 15 times with them with no response. I have tried for 60 days to return this watchband that was guaranteed a 60 day return policy. Do not buy from this company you will be taken!

I bought the phone phone case for the S22 and it doesn't disappoint at all. Great quality, design. I have drop the phone about 3-5 times and there was no damage to the phone. I recently upgraded my phone to the S26 ultra and already got my pair for it. Great phone case.

I really wish I would have looked online before buying a watch band from them. After receiving the band and the cheap tool they send to remove links the tool broke. After a month, someone on chat finally sent me a link to purchase another one. Such a crappy customer service, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is a complete scam. Never shipped my order.
Showed me a tracking number for “proof” of delivery. The tracking number was for an order in an entirely different state.
Can’t talk to a real person. Even their virtual chatbot is bad.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I’ve had a great experience with this company. My titanium watch band is excellent quality and customer service has been outstanding. I recommend them if you’re in the market for quality product and you’re not concerned about paying a little more for it.

Timely delivery, product arrived safe and as described on the website and great, super speedy customer service!

This company is a scam. Bought some watch bands and they were never delivered. No response from them after multiple attempts.

I ordered I-pad protection covers two weeks ago and they still have not arrived. I have tried repeatedly to track the package but all they will tell me is that it shipped a week ago. The phone number is no good, they do not answer and the mailbox is full. What a terrible way to handle customer service. I will not order from them again after being a customer for 5 years. I would advise to look for another company to do business with, not one that is unresponsive to their customers.

I ordered from this company and I never got my product. I couldn’t even manage to get in touch with them. I just lost my $70

I wish, and now encourage people to do reviews of companies before buying! This company Avontic is HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I purchased a case for my Samsung Watch Ultra, and when I got it I saw it didnt have the glass protection for the screen so since they stated on their website that returns are welcome within 60 days, I sent a return request. Almost a week later, no response after the initial automated response telling me I will hear from them within 3 days. I called, tried to chat on their website (chat is NEVER available, no matter what time I call) their email that I responded to get kicked back. I opened a dispute PayPal which is where my hope is to get my money back. The item was shipped from China, no delivery updates or delivered notice. They responded to PayPal apologizing for me not being able to get them and that they request photos (didn't even use it once I saw it had no screen protector) and also that they deny my return, but on their website they honor returns. I'm confident PayPal will help me with this return and I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Purchased a watch band almost a month ago. No word on shipping. No way to actually track the package. Website always “closed” believe it or not. No one responds to my emails. Total SCAM. Do not use!!!

I ordered two pricey watch bands that I want to return within the return policy timeframe. I’ve sent emails, chats and even called. Not one response back! The emails all get returned saying there’s a virus. I guess I’m stuck with these products I don’t want. Also today their website url avonticofficial.com is redirecting to a new website that hasn’t been built yet avonticbands.com. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONSUMERS DON’T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!

I received the wrong watch band. I contacted them twice thru chat and explained the problem and I wanted to return and get a refund. I emailed them at their website with the same information. Never had a response from the company either way. So I looked up their address in NJ and paid to return my item with a request for a refund. Have not heard from them. Will not order from this company at again. Do not recommend doing business with them.

Ordered a phone case. Item not delivered no way to track shipment and no way to contact them. Performance of the simplest business practices is apparently too much for them to handle.
The people who run this comany are either corrupt or incompetant. either way there are too many legit websites out there, do kot waste time with this one.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT do business with this company! They claim that they have a fast easy return policy, When in fact they will not refund payment for items. In fact, I the transaction through paypal, and for some reason PayPal cited with the seller(?)!! I tried to return an item I received. The item was unused and the package unopened. They denied the return and PayPal then denied my claim (not happy with THEM either!). RUN, don't WALK from Avontic! Caveat emptor!
