The terms were clearly explained + service was kind and helpful. I was a bit nervous because they do not send your actual flight confirmation until the day before the flight. The only downside was that the price I ended up paying was over $100 more than the price avigofly was offering online, HOWEVER the new price was still **over $250 cheaper** than I was originally planning to spend on a similar flight.

It almost would be easier to tell you what went right. I booked a last minute flight from RDU to ATL Leaving 27 Feb returning 1 Mar. I booked the flight for $193 on the morning of 26 Feb at 0600. By noon my card had no been charged so I call costumer service. The said that rate was no longer available and the total was now $238. I had to e-mail them confirmation and they booked the flights and got my boarding pass which is a 4 window single sheet which included information on baggage allowed except on the boarding pass 1/4 panel it was annotated no carryon bag. ( I found this out at the gate) O had to pay another$69 for the bag one way. PLus I had to buy a laptop bag as I checked my carry on So now coming home on 1 Mar I noticed still no return boarding documents so I tried calling but no answer until after 10 AM and I was told that my return flight was unavailable and they could get me on a flight on Monday. Unacceptable I told the agent I needed to get home on Sunday and he said he would talk to a supervisor. About 10:30 I got my boarding pass(well kind of) Had to check in at the agent counter and I was on standby. Once at the gate I waited until the last minute and luckily got a seat because ofa no show. Total cost for my $193 contracted flight from initial booking $421- same flight with Delta $320

I can't say enough how helpful Mike was to me regarding my reservation and e-ticket! I was stressed out after reading about 3rd companies selling flight tickets. I'm glad I landed on Avigofly. Mike calmed me down with his lovely voice and told me he'll take care of me and that I don't need to stress out. They got me a ticket half a price of what the airline was asking. I took my flight without any problems. Thank you Mike and Avigofly!

Mark provided excellent options when my travel schedule was complicated and helped me get the best pricing possible. He Stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes helping me. Great first experience with AvigoFly and I will definitely be booking again with them.

Mark has helped me with multiple trips. I've had great service! Even using them for family events. Everyone needs to understand the time lines they give you to issue flights and still check in yourself! Everything has been smooth for me. I will keep using them.

I booked a flight with Avigofly and was almost immediately contacted by phone by Mark. He explained that he needed to make sure the charge went through my cc, I looked on my end and saw that it had. He then explained that my tickets would be emailed to me closer to my departure date and not to worry or panic call when I didn't get an email immediately with the tickets. I did get a confirmation email from Avigofly while speaking to Mark. It was basically a receipt from Avigofly with my itinerary but there was not an airline confirmation # for the flights on it.
Fast forward to 4 days before my departure and there is still no email with my tickets. I call and go to vm and leave a message saying I remember being told the tickets would be sent closer to departure and I am wondering when to expect to see that email. I get called back almost immediately and I'm told by Mark that the email will come in the next 24-48 hours. Well 48 hrs later there is no email, but I wait until the next day until there is less than 24 hours to my departure before calling again. I go to vm again and this time I leave a more panicked message. I never get a returned call. I never get an email with my tickets or my flight confirmation #. I realize after leaving the panicky msg that if my flight was truly booked the airline would have me on their itinerary and they can issue me the confirmation # and ticket. Fortunately, I was booked for the flight, but what an enormous disappointment and frustration that Avigofly never sent me my flight confirmation # or contacted me back after my second vm. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone. It wasn't worth the stress and anxiety of thinking I had been scammed and would have to either book another flight at extreme cost or cancel my trip altogether.

I would rate a zero if I could. Issues since I hit submit for the desired flights! Next day had to bump selected flights, apparently were no longer available?? For an additional fee of 215.00! No tickets 48 hrs prior to departure like promised. Kept claiming "technical issues". Then the flights changed to were not available! Only the one booked first! By 1:45am, the morning of departure, still claimed technical issues so could not issue tickets! Promised full refund, sent receipt stating that. Checked credit card next day - another DEBIT for the cost of tickets!! Now no one is answering the phone, replying to my emails! Now I have to cancel credit card & probably get lawyer involved!

very helpful, he assisted me with many needs, i had no problem with him getting my trip together. Whenever i call him with a question he will say dont worry about it i will take care of you that's what i like how he responds back to me with no problem. He gets the job done.and walked me through ever ything. I would recommend him again and he's the person you can depend on! Keep up the good work. Always put God first in whatever you do. To be truly honest! I was a little apprehensive about these travel sites! Last minute bookings! However, my experience was nothing short of Wonderful! Mark was consummate professional, very patience and guided me through my entire trip! I would definitely use Avigofly for all my future trips!

I booked my summer trip with Avigofly fly to go to San Diego. Mark was the person that assisted me. He was a pleasure to work with. He provided me the best deal and the best customer service I had ever received. Whenever I called he always picked up and remain available until the time I left for my vacation until the time I returned.
