Brilliant Service
I phoned and Joel, my normal contact, wasn't immediately available but he phoned me back in about 20 minutes. We worked through what I wanted to order and he agreed to put together a bespoke package. The wines arrived within 2 days. Absolutely brilliant service

Delivery to wrong address
I have no complaints about the wine, but sadly the delivery was to no 54 rather than no 58

If at first you don't succeed
If at first you don't succeed, try, try and try again. Delivery at the heart of this - in a rural area. Which means being prepared to find the location - unfortunately the first service not willing to even try. A new service, nagged by James Penson, got it to my door today, in time for me to chill some white for summer drinking.

I asked for 4 bottles to be sent in a…
I asked for 4 bottles to be sent in a separate box and the 12 in a usual box
Only 14 arrived and when I rang the agent he was off hand and said a empty box was sent
That never came but I must say the other 2 bottles came the next day Thank you for that
I have a long time good customer and therefore was disappointed with the off hand treatment

Delivery malfunction
I was hosting a function on 30th June and ordered wine for the event.
Delivery was due on 26th or 27th June.
It didn't come and enquiries revealed that the package was damaged.
I was informed that the delivery would be on 1st July and was able to obtain some decent wine from my local ASDA for the function.
Lots of apologies, and a cheerful and efficient delivery driver on the 1st, hence the star.
