A wonderful services from a stunningly good supplier!
I'd ordered a case of one of Averys newly-discovered wines, and after a first taste asked Averys to please replace it for another. Despite Averys sales-office having closed for the weekend, I soon rec'd an email detailing how and when the exchange would happen. (I was due to be away this Tuesday til Friday pm.. so Averys would collect my unwanted wine on the Monday, and then expected to delivere my requested replacement wine (the '25 Moulin de Pontfract) as soon as it became available ie luckily it arrived on the Friday pm,.. A wonderful services from a stunningly good supplier! Very many thanks! D

The wine was delivered to the wrong…
The wine was delivered to the wrong address. It was delivered to the Old Byre, rather than further down the drive to Grove Farm. Luckily I was on hand and brought the box here out of the sun. This is the first time I have a problem with delivery from Averys.

Poor
Poor - very poor. Order two cases and once one arrived was not made aware the other one would be delayed by almost 2 weeks. The new courier service is dire no notice inconsistent time schedules and one would think at least a working map showing drivers delivery whereabouts & time frame.

I'm sorry you've not yet received the Roche Lacour as part of your order. This is due to a break in supply however, once this is back into our warehouse and quality checked, it will be despatched to you and you will receive notification once it's on it's way. Thanks, Vicki

there were some interesting wines on offer and I topped up the bundle with a couple of my favourites. delivery was excellent and so far the wines match the promotion .
