Very very aggressive sales tactics
Very very aggressive sales tactics. These included pretend calls to the manager and various discounts. My quote started at £13k and went down to £5.8k. I was also informed that I'd have to keep the numbers secret, don't tell the neighbours. Presumably in case they can extort a higher price from them.
Quite rude when I said I wasn't signing today. Didn't keep their promise of giving the quote (valid for two years). Very rude when calling me this week.
The actual window fitting might be good, I don't know. But the marketing and the way they behave is appalling - and I very much pity the elderly or vulnerable who come into contact with Aventus.
Caveat emptor.
EDIT: I appreciate the reply, thank you. I cannot find any way to leave a response. I don't want to take this further, I just want to ensure that others are aware of the possibilities of what can happen with this company.

We take these concerns extremely seriously and want to make it absolutely clear that aggressive sales tactics, pressure selling, and any form of unprofessional behaviour are not in line with our values or standards. Your experience falls well below what we expect from our team, and we sincerely apologise for any distress caused.
We have escalated this matter to our Head Office and will be investigating it internally to ensure it is dealt with appropriately. Rest assured, we are committed to maintaining a respectful and transparent approach with all customers, and we especially understand the importance of supporting those who may be elderly or vulnerable.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. If you would be willing to speak with us further, we’d appreciate the opportunity to better understand the situation and make things right.
Aventus replacement bay windows
Aventus replaced 2 bay windows for me which I am very pleased with. Although we had a mishap wihen the brickwork on one of the bays collapsed I was very impressed with how Aventus dealt with this. A manager arrived on site and assured me that my property would be secure before they left for the night which it was. The next day the brickwork was repaired and the following day the replacement window was installed. This work was carried out with no fuss the workmen and management were excellent they obviously care about the standard of work they carry out. I am using this company again soon to replace another window
