Been using avalanche vapes for a good…
Been using avalanche vapes for a good while now but the last 2 orders I’ve had to send numerous emails to ask for tracking as before when it was dpd never a issue tracking was always supplied now it’s switched to royalmail no tracking is available as it says you will receive tracking via the carrier but sadly that doesn’t happen so after 2 orders having to ask for tracking my next order will be the last if I have to ask for tracking

Svar fra Avalanche Vapes Ltd UK
I'm so sorry you have had issues with the tracking. This shouldn't be the case and we are looking into this. Once we ship an order, you should receive tracking information regularly from Royal Mail directly. I will contact you directly as I would like to resolve this.
