Free post on Avail but limited Photos

Easy to post for free on Avail which includes Realtor.com and get listed on multiple sites. I got qualified applicants.
Tips: Limited number of PHOTOS allowed so decide which are most important to show. Rearranging photos should be done on a desktop or laptop since I found it difficult to rearrange on my mobile

Just to clarify, there isn’t a limit on the total number of listing photos; however, you can only add up to 20 at a time! Your tip about rearranging photos on a desktop is a great insight for many users.

We continue to have ontime payment issues with tenant…

We continue to have issues with tenant and receving payments later than due date.
Tenant complains it is Avail sofware and long ACH procesing times causing delays despite a fastpay feature being active on the landlord and tenant side. These delays after payment has been scheduled by tenant have resulted in ongoing disputes and ambiguity as to who is responsible for the delays (ie tenant, Avail, or tenant bank).

You all were very good with helping…

You all were very good with helping with the issue I was having trying to get into my account. This had been going on for about 3 months and I couldn’t pay my rent.
The nice gentleman I spoke with talked me through the process and helped my get back into my account. He was very patient and understanding with me. Again Thanks

I liked that the Avail site was easy to…

I liked that the Avail site was easy to navigate and had excellent guidance, but the listing took several days to start and also no Avail applicants completed the entire application. A different site posted very quickly and had many complete applications...I don't know why it was easier for applicants to complete on a different site.

Listings on Avail go through an internal review by our Trust & Safety team, processed in the order they’re received. This typically takes 12 to 24 hours, but varies depending on volume. If additional information is needed, our team will reach out to help move things along.

As for applicants not completing their applications, we’ve found that many stop at the screening fee page, often because they’re hesitant to pay before touring the property. If your applicants need help or have questions about that step, they’re welcome to reach out to our support team directly—we’re happy to assist and help them feel more confident in the process.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us continue to improve for both landlords and renters. Thank you again for sharing!

I had trouble setting up rent…

I had trouble setting up rent collection. Despite following the instructions outlined in the education video in the Help Center, setting up the rent collection in the final step was not as straightforward as it was made to seem. In fact, as of this writing, it is still pending. Everything else worked fine including setting up the tenant screening, leases, and linked bank accounts for rent deposit.
