A friendly knowledgeable service. Excellent products. I like the promotions on the Avagrow website.
When one product had a problem there was no issue getting a replacement and I'll definitely be coming back for further orders.
Also another pleasant surprise was to find this company will keep stock at the price they paid for it on their website i.e. they will not immediately push the price up when they themselves have had the stock at a lower price in the past which is lovely. You will not find that many stores I imagine that do that given how expensive it is to run premises et cetera.

We have tried contacting you a number of times regarding this review we try and deal with every problem immediately but you do not respond and the telephone number on your order is not a real telephone number. I would also like to point out that you have only raised this issue a month after receiving the delivery.

I needed to phone the company for an update on delivery. The guy I spoke to ( Neil i think ? ) was very helpful and cheerful and assured me my delivery would be next day and it was . The item is great and of good quality and I would recommend using this company.
