Update:
It has now been a long time since my EGP 5,000 deposit disappeared, and I am still receiving the exact same copy-and-paste responses from customer support.
I have provided everything they asked for multiple times:
- Account ID: 1673568843
- Deposit amount: EGP 5,000
- Deposit date and time: 01/06/2026 at 12:09 AM
- ARN number: 020458919416
- Proof that the money was deducted from my account.
Despite contacting support almost every single day, no one has given me a clear explanation, a real update, or a resolution. Instead, I keep being asked for information that has already been submitted repeatedly.
As a customer, this experience has been exhausting and deeply frustrating. If you ever face a payment issue, be prepared for endless template replies and no meaningful progress.
I trusted this platform with my money, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend it to others until they demonstrate genuine accountability and resolve cases instead of repeating automated responses.
I am still waiting for my money and a proper investigation.
No one use this avashit ( advice ), I've two times bad experiences with this website and its app for mobile
First one when I tried to withdraw I kept sending messages for more than an hour and talk to bots that doing nothing but asking the same questions again and again and no one respond to me or answere ,no telephone number ,literally no support
Second time is today in deposit that didn't arrive toy account for more than six hours and the same no answer no responding and the money is gone

I did account since 2 month and deposit 5700 eg pounds and I won 16000 but when I wanted withdraw
They ask me alot about my id then sent video my first withdraw 6000
Marked as successful but didn't receive any so I thought it will come in 3 days as they said so I withdraw 11000 it came in one hour max but when I make report about my 6000
They take one month and half to replay after make me go to get my wallet list and make alot of photos and videos and in final they said I have received money without any prove in my wallet list and close my case as I scam it was so rude from customer services they replay that what we decided u have your money no more talk about it it was worst experience I had in my life I got same case in other app but they replay fast and solve case in 3 days max they send me apologies about their fault that's what make me so angry on this silly app

This platform is a complete scam. I absolutely do not recommend anyone use it, or they will regret it. My problem has been ongoing for about 45 days; I haven't received my 1000 EGP payment, and no one is responding to my complaints email, which you, by the way, told me to contact you through when you replied to me, promising to prioritize the issue. This hasn't happened, and you haven't even replied. Furthermore, customer service has only responded with a single sentence over the course of almost a month and a half. No one on this platform has any respect for the customer, their time, or their money. This platform is designed to scam and defraud you of your money.
